I had a wonderful experience at Canopy New Orleans Downtown! Avi, the bartender, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made some great drinks. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Janae and Bre were also fantastic! They were professional, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and warm personalities made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The service from all three was exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Canopy New Orleans Downtown, and I look forward to visiting again!

Great place to stay! The rooms are hella clean and organized. Staff is amazing and so helpful. At the bar and restaurant, Hannah and Avi are AMAZING! Great conversation and they make the best drinks! Hannah gave some of the best restaurant recs!!! Lastly, they have bikes you can use for no charge and it was the highlight of my NOLA trip!

EXCELLENT Service!! If I could have given Service 10 stars I would have done so. The whole staff was excellent. The food was great and a special shout out to Janae who made sure I felt at home and had my coffee!! Everyone was so helpful. Glenn was out every morning with a smile asking how we were enjoying our stay. I felt safe in the hotel and the area. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean!! This will be our "go to" place when we go back to New Orleans. Thank You to everyone who made our stay EXCELLENT!!!

Had a great stay overall! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Hannah at the bar—she was amazing! She was attentive, personable, and made the experience even better with her positive attitude and great service. She really stood out and made us feel right at home. The location was also fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything around the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Amazing. We arrived at 6:15am ish and were able to get in right away. Staff was incredibly friendly. Sadly I didn’t get the name of the check in staff because we had taken the red eye and I was struggling to stay awake. Breakfast was phenomenal, between our party we had three different dishes and they were all delicious. The music was at a great level and super relaxing. Bre was our server and she was an absolute gem. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.
