I came into town to visit family and had breakfast here during my stay. The breakfast was good, although I wish there were a few more options available on the buffet or menu. What truly made the experience memorable was the service. Devin was our server, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions I had. He even took the time to give me some great lunch recommendations while I was in town. Mrs. D and Mrs. Sheila bring such positive energy to the dining room and really make guests feel welcome. The team you have here is one worth keeping. Their hospitality and customer service made a lasting impression, and I would gladly return because of them.

Paul has made every single breakfast at the hotel restaurant an exceptional experience. From the very first morning, his level of service stood out. By the second day he already knew my name, remembered my order, and greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. What truly sets Paul apart is his attention to detail and natural ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued. He anticipates needs, stays attentive without being intrusive, and consistently delivers service with a positive attitude. As a Director of Customer Service myself, I pay close attention to these things, and Paul exemplifies the kind of service professional any organization would be lucky to have. If I were building a hospitality or customer experience team, he is exactly the type of person I would want on it. Thank you, Paul, for making each morning start on such a great note.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans. The biggest thing that stood out to me was the staff. Every time I interacted with someone, whether it was at the front desk, in the hallway, or with housekeeping, they were friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. There wasn’t just one person who made the experience great. It was consistently good service from multiple people, which you don’t always see. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which made getting around easy. Everything about the stay felt smooth and easy. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

I was treated so kindly by the staff at this hotel after getting off my parade float during Mardi Gras. I was given a hospitality snack and a water for everyone in my room. My bag was stored before my check in and swiftly returned to me when I arrived back at the hotel in the evening. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The lobby was decorated for Mardi Gras. Every staff member greeted me and was pleasant. The removal of one star bc the TV in my room (219) was broken but I was just there for a quick overnight so that was minor. Thank you and Happy Carnival!

The hotel staff was wonderful. We were greeted by Camree and she quickly got us checked in. The breakfast buffet is really good and a great price. We received great service throughout our stay from Paul and Skylar. They were friendly and attentive! I also have to give a shout out to AJ at the bar! He was GREAT!! We would stop by to have a nightcap and good conversation after long day of exploring the city!
