Around 17:47 on Friday June 5th I went to the ATM to takeout 400 dollars. The ATM canceled my transaction but of course took the money out of my banking account. I went to the cashier and talk to a gray suit. He called the ATM company, explained what happened and received a case number. No kind of sorry for the inconvenience here’s some slot play or anything. He eventually walked up to me a few minutes later and offers 20 dollar food coupon. I turned it down felt that was a slap in the face. 400 dollars out of my account for a 20 dollar food coupon doesn’t make sense. So I went online and wrote a complaint about this whole situation didn’t get a response the first time. Had to write a complaint twice then the security manager called agreeing with the cashier cage manager that a food coupon is enough for the situation at hand. (Also still haven’t received my money and it’s the 14th of June) I still don’t agree and I still haven’t received my money so he tells me the cashier cage manager will call me and he did and we’re right back to square one. A) me not receiving my money B) not being properly compensated

Even though I’m not the gambling type I still decided to check this casino out as I was already parked at the Loves travel stop across the street. This Casino is really nice from the luxurious exterior to the really nice interior. The bartenders were very nice and talkative keeping me company. The food at this Casino was ok but I think I could have been a little better. The hotel rooms here are nice and for the prices you really can’t complain. Overall the experience here was decent.

Ameristar Casino is an easy 5-star experience. The difference compared to other casinos in the area is noticeable right away—it’s clean, well kept, and has a much more lively and upscale feel. The gaming floor is active with plenty of tables open, so you’re not stuck waiting around or limited on options. The overall atmosphere is what really stands out. It feels energetic without being overwhelming, and everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy to enjoy your time. There are also plenty of food and drink options, which adds to the experience. If you’re choosing between casinos in the area, this is the one to go to. Consistently a great time every visit.

We only went for dinner and gambling. It was a good night!! Waitress was very nice and the food was good! It also helped my wife hit a 700 pot in video poker!

Something for everyone. We went there to look around, ended up eating dinner and did a little gambling. Had fun! It is close to the city, yet far enough away and offers a very unique environment.
