Stayed here recently and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and quiet. I also appreciated how attentive and professional the front desk team was whenever I needed assistance. The location was convenient and everything during my stay went smoothly. Definitely a solid option if you’re staying in the area. Would stay again!

I absolutely loved my recent stay here. Isaac was incredibly accommodating and helpful during my very first visit on a work trip, and his outstanding service—along with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel—is exactly what prompted me to return. I travel frequently for work, and every time I’m in Kansas City, I’ve had the privilege of being greeted by friendly, professional staff. Check-in is always smooth and efficient, the rooms are spotless, and the lobby is consistently clean and welcoming. It’s rare to find a hotel that delivers this level of consistency, comfort, and service. This has become my go-to place to stay whenever I’m in town, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

What a wonderful stay- from start to finish. The service exceeded expectations. Isaac got us checked in and was very friendly and welcoming. Quentin helped with some extra bedding. Phoebe helped from the bar and at breakfast- so pleasant and helpful! Sasia helped at the end of our stay with detailed print outs and a kind smile. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Delicious coffee and many conveniences. The hotel had a solid exercise facility and great breakfast. A nice walk to the river and to some fun watering holes. Sat outside in the sunshine at Harry's Country Club, next to the Blue Line - every hockey fan's dream bar. Loved it here. Thank you IHG

Staying in Holiday Inns across the country, I've found very few are worth a 5 star review. Most sit at the "It was a nice stay." Without much else to be said. This stay though I'd put up next to the nicest Indigos and Intercontinentals, just on a smaller scale. The lobby is well lit and clean with a store thats well stocked, Isaac and Stefany made my experience amazing, and my room was perfectly clean with small details that made it feel more like a vacation and less like a work trip. I'll be back to Kansas City again and will definitely be booking here for each stay. ☆☆Edit: I need to amend a bit of my review. Tonight while at the restaurant, a younger bartender with curly hair, Jimmy, was working. I sat down at a table with a menu in hand. After 10 minutes I was ready to order but still was not approached or acknowledged. After 25 min of just sitting, I decided that it wasnt worth the wait and got up to grab something from the store. The bartender was at the front desk so I said "Next time, if there's something I need to do to order, let me know" his response was to say he didn't see me, that i was with another group, or that I was there for the buffet. I said he could have asked not ignore me so he said "Whats your room number, I'll make sure you're out of here tonight." I can honestly say its the first time I've been threatened because I wanted to order food. Everything here has been great. But being threatened to be kicked out like its something he does on the regular. I honestly can't believe it.

Emily was AMAZING we got in around 4am couple days ago and she went above and beyond to help my son and I , we was sooooo tired from traveling from Texas an had even farther to go.. she REALLY came through for us, very kind warm hearted beautiful soul she is ! She deserves a raise fr! Thanks again Emily ! Took a minute to get settled but I definitely wanted to get my review about this hotel and Emily in because she deserves it so much!
