Fab location to the power and light district. Lovely hotel in lobby and bar staff amazing especially Gavin he runs about all night making sure his guests are happy what a lovely lad he is. Downstairs lobby is beautiful so is the bar and all the staff who work here. The prices are really reasonable also cheaper than round town and some bars were even closed on a Sunday!!!! However the rooms have no safe which in a big chain hotel I would expect to have and outdated. Pool a bit disappointing not the cleanest there was a storm.and my husband was the one that put everything back because the pool.attendant was so busy not his fault cos he had no help just needs a bit of attention to detail. Overall we had a good time though just a few tweeks needed.

Absolutely a great place to stay. The Good Vibes were all around. Why anyone wouldn’t give this five stars every time, I don’t know. There’s always gonna be a little something somewhere, but I’ll tell you what, this place was amazing. So convenient to everything, staff was great. The rooms were extremely comfortable. Parking available and I can go on and on, but trust me, for the price and what you get, it was second to none. Obviously led by Good management.

Good location. Nice hotel lobby. Quick valet. * one of our reservations had 2 financial billing parts to it (a few days on personal and a few days on business). Hotel was alerted to this ahead of time. Told not an issue. Then what did they do? They put the first couple of days in one room and the next few days in a completely different room. Three people said there was nothing they could do. One person said that it was because the whole floor was being closed for maintenance from a water leak. Another person said that it was because another group rented out the entire floor. And we weren’t told about this room change until after checked in and unpacked on the first day. Planning to stay for a week, a full unpacking was a lot of work. * On the morning that we were supposed to check out of one room and move to a different floor, and after having packed up everything, speaking with two more people at the front desk that day yielded an answer that we didn’t actually have to move out of that room Until two days later. Apparently there was no actual maintenance closing but they had rented the room out to another group. But if we chose to stay for another couple of days in that room, we would then have to move out of that room for the last day of our stay to a different room anyway. * Since we had already packed our suitcases Again, it didn’t seem to make sense to unpack for just a couple more days. We asked for the other room to have the same view as our first room because there was an event occurring at Union Station that we could see from our room. We were assured that our new room on the new floor would have the same exact view * Upon getting the keys to the new room, they put us at the complete opposite end of the hotel with a view of roofs. They said they did that because it was a bigger room (Apparently thinking this was an upgrade for us ). We didn’t need a bigger room. Our king room was big enough. We wanted a room with the same exact view that we had. So after another couple more trips up and down to the lobby, Another new room With the same view was obtained. * This room was not as well maintained. The bathroom floor is not mopped. Another person’s used wet towel was hanging on the back of the door. Lots of dirt buildup on the light switches and around the door handle of the bathroom, which I wiped off with sanitizing wipes. And two of the bed pillows were absolutely in need of tossing. It was like somebody just put a bunch of rolled up socks in a pillowcase. These issues did not exist on the floor that we were previously staying on. * The ice machine on this floor worked part of the first day. And then no longer worked. The ice machine on the floor below ours where we had another room, also stopped working. And the ice machine on the fifth floor also stopped working. It seems the ice machine on all the floors had stopped working 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ And while the front desk did bring us a bucket of ice each night, it required a long wait when it would’ve been much more preferable to just go get our own ice in the hallway. * Each day we had to ask for extra towels. each day when housekeeping came in, they did not replenish. I will say that housekeeping was very quick most of the days and even when we didn’t leave the room until later, they always had the room made up without request. The amount of time spent packing and unpacking along with the multitude of conversations with hotel staff over their mixup with the room Reservation (Along with the fact that no one documented anything that they told us along the way, so we had to start all over again each time with a new person and then subsequently receive a variety of responses) … We probably spent about 3 to 4 hours on the situation. That’s unacceptable. I’m not sure that we’ll stay at this hotel again unless we absolutely need to be in the neighborhood. I’ve had better stays at the Lowe’s hotel or the intercontinental or the Raphael

Staying for a conference and I have had a wonderful experience. Front desk staff has been very helpful and checked in on me daily. Also have eaten at the restaurant three times! Great wings, burger, and cheesecake. Kelsey was an amazing server tonight, as was Sydney last night! Night and day experience from the Marriott. Also had a great conversation with the manager. Would love for you to offer ginger ale, if that ever becomes possible.

The hotel is so inviting!! Coffee shop is fantastic and love the grab and go area with so many great options!! Rooftop pool is perfect in the summer & so close to Power & Light ~ If you have a chance to view the downtown skyline from the rooftop ballroom, it’s a must!! The best views, hands-down in Kansas City! Thanks Crowne Plaza for a great stay
