Joey Hasting 2 weeks agoThis was by far one of the nastiest and most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel for work, so I stay in a lot. Hotel water was ice cold and I couldn’t even shower. When brought up to hotel clerk, she brushed it off and told me maintenance wouldn’t be there until 10am after I’m already checked out and on road. Couldn’t get moved to different room because of no availability. If you’re looking for something absolutely cheap, this is the place. But be warned, you get what you pay for.
Justin N. 3 months agoDefinitely not 'downtown'... not north town, but close enough to a handful of needs. Area summed a little sketchy, but not a deal breaker I guess. The room was terrible. The door had definiely recently been kicked at or kicked in.. with no repairs. AC until prongs were unplugged and all jacked up. Toilet seat was half broken off. Beds were..Econo lodge beds. Room wasn't cleaned after night... not sure if that was policy or not. We did check out a day early as there was no attempt at showing any kind of care by the staff when we pointed out the room issues. My opinion, book elsewhere.
Bri3cheez 9 months agoEverything described by other 1 stars is completely accurate. Very dingy, stained, dirty. Found roaches in the room. The bed smelled weird and the pillows were stained and gross. Woke up feeling oily and nasty. It's almost like they sprained cleaner into the air of the room to make it smell good, then through the night it smelled like other people in the building were smoking and there was an overall dank smell. Honestly should have walked out as soon as we arrived. When arriving, was told a deposit fee would be taken out and reimbursed upon check out. Stayed one night and when checking out was told it now takes 3 to 5 business days to receive the deposit back. Which is laughable in the first place to have the audacity to ask for a deposit for such a rundown, bug ridden crap hole. Not to mention it was a $100 fee. Everything you can imagine a cheap hotel being. Guess it's my bad for picking the cheapest in the area. Definitely got what i paid for. 0 star
Natasha Brown 3 months agoI am not going to write another extensively long reveiw. I waa given a email to the supposed manager and was never responded back to which speaks volumes. I recommend anyone wanting a room for a reasonable price to look elsewhere as there are places maybe more money but they offer more of a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The guest in the main attraction and too be short or non present or brief and sarcastic or agitated is not how customer service works....respect goes both ways and devaluation of the guest and snooty attitudes too people paying is not fair to that individual. I was told to leave that hotel and never come back because some not all businesses would rather brush things under the rug they want your money but make you feel your aaking to much if you have a concern, they rather you say yes OK everything fine be quiet but no if I see something wrong Im going to speak up on it. If you want to speak your mind try listening to the guest first. In another environment it wouldn't of been a bunch of miscommunication because the person would of been glad to assist those are the individuals that deserve your business....I left a reveiw before and was told that things would be evaluated but my solutions never got met and was asked to never book again because I hung a phone up out of frustration because of a non working TV for a room I stayed about a good 5 days in and was intending to keep booking and moving my room was not satisfactory too me as its a inconvenience to move all my belongings on my day off. I requested a partial refund and was denied because of disgusting urine stains i found in the bed globs of white bug powder under the dresser and I thought the room was clean....these people removed alll furniture because of homless people and so when housekeeping put me out my room to clean i had to burn my gas to stay warm in cold 20 minutes. I do intend too go further hope above then to their partner choice hotels the CEO and file a claim because people will underestimate you and do you wrong because nobody has the guts to stand up. That lady who banned me was in her feelings and spiteful.....she is thee only one there thee only only worker rude snooty and never greets I could sense her agitation I booked the room so many days its like she didnt want me their I should not have to feel that way only thing I can think is im black or you look down on me cause u think im homless I work 8 to 5 I was there at the hotel to work and just wanted rest im paying for a functional room if I get amenities etc I deserve that or maybe she mad I was getting discounted rates whatever the case her demeanor is awful but I tried to explain that too her she just said ok uncaringly....if you want a thriving buisness show exceptional customer service 2 star hotel or not a smile can change a frown and brighten another's day period im the guest treat all guests ALL equally with the same integrity and respect you yourself demand!!
Jordan Funk 3 months agoNot a 3-star hotel. 100% dump. Everything in the room was rundown. Bedsheets had red stains and hair. Walls and floor had stains. Every metal surface was rusted. No shampoo. Homeless people are living at this hotel. I'm surprised EconoLodge is still associated with this property.
