This is a perfect location to access downtown, 18th and Vine, the KC Streetcar, and the multitude of neighborhoods and cultural resources in the area. The facility is super clean, my room was comfortable, and the staff members were personable and professional. The expectations of my check in and front desk experience were exceeded by Vastine, a professional of superior pedigree who helped with every request and provided information for cultural and culinary experiences nearby. I stayed for 6 nights and had ZERO issues. The next time I'm in Kansas City I'm going to stay right here!!

The hotel was amazing for the price and location. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I was especially impressed seeing the general manager helping clean rooms during a busy time — it really showed how much he cares about the business and the guest experience. The room had microwave and mini fridge, HOT water in the shower (I love that), nice view and smart T.V. But it didn’t have a vent fan in the bathroom so the room was full of steam after the kids and I all showered and the bathroom door didn’t lock which is the only thing I didn’t like. The location was perfect for us, only about two miles from where we needed to be. The staff were also incredibly kind to the kids and willing to work with us on our check-in and check-out times, which made everything much less stressful. Overall, I was genuinely impressed and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing staff. My wife and I had been driving through the night and just needed a place to crash for a while before getting back on the road. Every other hotel was unable to accommodate us but Nina (hope I’m spelling that right) was able to make it work and got it figured out for us. Cannot express how helpful she and the hotel were.

Great services, front desk staff does an amazing job of making sure guest are greeted and feel the vibes of the city. It’s in a great location from children’s mercy hospital and downtown. Front Desk Staff Vastine provided me with exceptional customer service and professional experience. This guy needs a raise. Housekeeping manager does a great job of making sure I had all the extra towels I needed for my stay. I’d definitely recommend this LaQuinta to all my friends.

I had a great time when I stayed, Que was so hospitable and the room was so clean. I wanted to stay again on my way back to Colorado, but they didn't have a single King available. The desk clerk on duty TIERRA suggest another Wyndham hotel... The Caesars Casino! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯! That's what I call costumer service. I loved it so much I stayed an extra night. When I come back to Kansas City, I will be staying at a Wyndham hotel, if not at this one, it will be at the casino Wyndham. Que & Tierra our gems and our stay wouldn't have been as amazing without them. I know that this review is long-winded but I don't have enough space to sing their praise.
