Needs a few renovations. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy. TV was fine. The bathroom made me nervous. The toilet eventually flushed but left me without confidence. So we left the yellow mellow and did a morning super flush to make sure all was well. The breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary for free; enough to get you started for your day. Great place for out of towners catching a football or baseball game close by at Arrowhead or Kauffman to stay!!!

We loved our stay here. It's very clean for an older hotel. I love the style of the place and it was very affordable. Breakfast is decent, great proximity to the stadium for our work trip. They treated us really well, very accommodating. Cheap laundry and fresh towels.

My family and I loved the place but they “stole”my underwear lol. You heard that right😂. After I washed my boxer, I left it on the drying rack in the bathroom. We went out for breakfast and when we returned, it was gone. I could not believe it. Out of everything? I’m not even upset but I’m just shocked. If they could take that, what else could they take if we hadn’t hidden out important things. The desk Manager was understanding and very helpful. I didn’t want anything back but I was hoping they follow up with me after this incident. Other than that, we loved everything about the place.

The room was extremely clean, very nice and smelled good. Ram The front desk clerk was attentive and pleasant. He's the main reason I'm leaving a review. You can tell when someone cares about the customer and that was refreshing. So here's the long and short of it.. They keep piping hot folgers coffee on tap! The breakfast had eggs,sausages,biscuits & gravy,yogurt,fruit,waffles,cereal etc. They have a pool,laundry facility, a workout room etc. The ONLY downside was the tv channel selection. They need some movie channels like HBO. I can't stand commercials..O_0

Unfortunately, my experience at Lotus Kansas City Stadium was not good. To begin with, the check-in process took much longer than expected. I was initially told that my room would be ready in about 30 minutes, but when I came back, I was told it would take another 15 minutes, and this kept happening repeatedly. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially because I needed to leave my luggage somewhere, and the place where my bags were kept did not feel secure. Once the room was finally ready, it had a noticeable humid smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, breakfast was cleared very early, leaving very little opportunity to actually have breakfast. The staff at the front desk, including the manager, also did not seem very friendly or helpful during the situation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
