Love the location, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms aren't very big but it works out fine since you're only sleeping. The bathrooms could use brighter lighting. Overall our stay was great. Definitely loved the open bar from 6-7 PM and voucher giveaway for player's club members. Access to Circa's Stadium swim was another plus. Will book again in the future.

We like to play downtown, so this was convenient. That was the only good thing. The front desk staff has zero personality, very sarcastic and mean. While I was checking in someone was complaining to front desk about having to wait a while just to rekey, the front desk guy didn’t even acknowledge what was happening. All he said was security was going to come talk to him and he wouldn’t even make eye contact with the guy. Vegas has really lost its customer service skills. Regarding the rooms, my bedroom at home is bigger than this room was. I’m 5’8”, not tall at all. The counters on the restroom were below my waist. I’ve never seen that. Even tho I wasn’t there to watch tv, we like to have it on in the background while we’re getting ready to go out, there wasn’t any good channels to watch. Fremont street is a very cool experience with all the live music, except when you’re staying at the golden gate! We came back to our room at 1 AM, and the music is soo loud that we couldn’t even hear the TV and even when the bands are done they keep playing deep club mixes till 3 AM. Free Valet parking was nice. The parking attendants were all really nice. Needless to say, we’ll never stay at Golden Gate again. I should have knew when the room rates including resort fees were 50% below the other hotels in the area.

I am not sure what's going on... but I did not enjoy my experience here... 1. The room was small, so small the bathroom door doesn't open all the way. 2. The bathroom vent, or lack there of... so water was dripping from ceiling... scary 3. LOUD music, depending on where your room is located... will be up ALL night... I think the music stopped at 2am... I get its las vegas... but I had stuff early next morning... 4. Positive note.. nice young lady front desk... 5. The parking was confusing... but once you know where its at... only way is to be on the right side... no left option. 6. Dirty staind towels, that were Clean... glad I checked before using... went out and bought my own when I saw this.. Will I stay here.... no never again... As for others experience... it surprised and fooled me.

My experience here has been paramount. Between the free play (up to $1000) and free drinks between 6-7pm I have yet to finish the night without a win. Upon arrival (5pm) show ID and receive a bracelet and free play ticket then stroll the Fremont Street Experience until 6pm. When heading in the bracelet will grant access to the property. *highly recommended to tip @ the bar and on the advice of an avid casino goer, use at least $25 on the machines if you plan to come for free play frequently

False advertisement and incorrect information on their website and told by their staff. The employees at the club one desk are incompetent when you ask them anything. They run a promotion scam every night called “the night starts here” where they scan your driver license twice to collect your information and trade your information with their partner casinos, the D and Circa, they act like they give you free drinks from 6-7 but the bartenders attitude and facial expressions make you want to leave and go somewhere else to pay for a drink to get some type of customer service. On top of all that if you don’t play your money with your club one card so they can track your play and money they won’t let you participate in the free play promotion. I was denied the free play and free drink promotion because I don’t spend my money with my card in the machine is what the lady at the desk told me. So I will be playing my money without my card in the machine at the plaza and Binons from now on. Don’t waste your time going to golden gate when Binons and the golden nugget have great games and better customer service
