Biz 2 weeks agoDogs play for free!!! If you’ve ever wanted to gamble inside a giant, ash-filled vacuum cleaner bag, look no further than Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino. Walking into this place is like stepping into a post-apocalyptic bunker where 1994 called and asked for its cigarette smoke back. The air here is roughly 30% oxygen and 70% stale exhaust from the Reagan administration. The atmosphere? It’s a masterclass in "dingy." The lighting is so dark you’ll need a headlamp just to find your existential dread. As for the gaming floor, it’s got the cheerful, upbeat energy of a DMV waiting room during a power outage. The slots look like they’re running on dial-up internet and are held together by prayers and old grease, and the service staff handles your requests with the warmth of a frozen block of wood. And for the grand finale—the parking lot. It’s essentially a lawless wasteland. It’s the perfect place to test your luck, provided your definition of "luck" is leaving the property with your catalytic converter still attached and all your windows intact. Save your time, save your money, and definitely save your car. Avoid at all costs.
Rayna Thomason a month agoGreat price for our stay. There's a bus stop that stops right outside the entrance, so it was very convenient for traveling to and from the strip. The room itself was nice too. The bed was comfy and everything worked in great condition. Great place to stay if you don't want to stay on the strip but want to be close enough
natalia lopez a month agoThis was honestly one of the most disgusting and humiliating hotel experiences we have ever had. The room was filthy when we arrived. It clearly had not been cleaned properly because there were personal items left behind from previous guests, including hairbrushes. Finding someone else’s belongings in the room immediately showed how careless and unhygienic this hotel is. But the worst part of this place is the reception staff. The bald man at the main desk and the Spanish-speaking woman were unbelievably rude, aggressive, and disrespectful from the moment we spoke to them. Instead of behaving professionally, they talked to us with hostility and treated us like we were a problem for simply asking normal questions about our reservation and payment. We are European travelers, and apparently their bank could not contact ours. Instead of handling the situation calmly like any competent international hotel would, they practically held our luggage hostage and created unnecessary stress and intimidation. It felt completely abusive and unacceptable. On top of that, they suddenly demanded extra money that was NEVER mentioned in the reservation. When we politely asked for an explanation, the Spanish-speaking woman started yelling at us instead of explaining the charges like a professional adult. The bald man at the desk was equally arrogant, dismissive, and rude. Neither of them showed the slightest respect, professionalism, or basic customer service skills. The way we were treated felt discriminatory and deeply uncomfortable. We have traveled extensively and have never been spoken to so aggressively by hotel staff anywhere else. Dirty rooms, hidden charges, hostile staff, and absolutely terrible customer service. This hotel should be ashamed of the way they treat guests. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else in Las Vegas.
Brian Gilvey 4 months agoAirport shuttle stopped running in the afternoon, took an Uber to the hotel. No real check in area, just a desk in the back of a smoke filled casino with a not very outgoing or friendly desk clerk. Charged $46 resort fee (pool was closed, no shuttle available, refused to credit us the fee.) Hallway was dimly lit and smelled like too much febreeze was used to try and mask the smoke smell. Bathroom was dingy. Pillows were tiny and felt like a pillowcase stuffed with dirty laundry. Mediocre breakfast for two at Denny's was $50. Checked out right after breakfast and went elsewhere.
tracy berglund a month agoRooms are just ok. The carpet needs serious deep cleaning or just taken out altogether. Bathroom is very small but does the job. Bed was good pillows were ok. Gym - Had everything I needed. However post COVID you would think they would have sanitizer. Also no water, very disappointing. Overall knowing all this I would stay here again and just make adjustments.
