Very nice hotel. Seems newer than some other Embassy Suites I have stayed at recently. Strict evening reception rules with limited food offerings. My TV in the main room never worked. Maintenance came and said it was a Direct TV issue. The bedroom TV worked fine, but I work in the main room. Bathroom light in bathtub was out. Shower head was clogged with calcium deposits, which I was able to scrape to get better water pressure. Other than these things, breakfast was great!

I had planned and reserved my room 1 1/2 weeks before my stay. I reserved a 2 queen-bed private balcony suite. I arrived on May 21th, I was told that I would be staying in a queen standard. I was baffled, pulled up my reservations, show it to the lady receptionist. I explained the room I've chosen, explained it was a private balcony, top floor suite. I told her I wanted to add a 2nd night, due my pregnancy and the long drive, I needed the second night to relax before driving home. She happy accommodated me but was going to charge me parking for the second night. I asked to speak to the manager. A male manager came up n I ask I don't understand why people go through the trouble of making reservations weeks beforehand and are not given what was asked. He stated, "Our pervious customers have asked to extend their stay, what do we do. We can't say No to our diamond members...We have to accommodate them so we had to bump you." ???? I expressed that that is stupid, it is not the fault of people who've made plans way in advantage, I should get some kind of discount or something for the inconvenience. I stated that I drove in 4 hours, Im tired, Can I get some kind of discount? He finally agreed. Thanks alot, paid 300-400 for a 2 day stay along with deposit, $15 for parking, one night and got only one night free parking. The first time I stayed here was way better, excluding someone passed away downstairs near the lobby area but this stay was a nightmare. They put us on the 7th floor, on the complete opposite side of the elevators. Again, 34 weeks pregnant, drove in 4 hours, tired, didnt get what I asked for, bumped, now I have to use the elevator and walk to the opposite side of the building to get to my room. This hotel need to re-train their staff, better yet the male manager on hospitality and how to deal with patrons. The morning staff did a better job. Can you please have some morning managers work evening. The evening manager seems to need a change in pace... Maybe he is going through something personally, I dont know but that should not effect how he handles society. If available, I would give this hotel a 0 star but I'll just write about my experience and never stay their again.

I’ve been staying at Embassy Suites for the past five months, and this has truly felt like more than just a hotel stay. It has felt like home. Every single team member here plays a role in creating that experience, and I want to start by saying thank you to the entire staff. From the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping and everyone behind the scenes, the level of care, professionalism, and consistency has been outstanding. I’d also like to recognize a few individuals who I’ve interacted with often. At the restaurant, Lorena Harrison, Tariq, and Steven are always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Esperanza, as part of the hosting team, does a wonderful job creating a welcoming atmosphere and making guests feel comfortable. At the front desk, Tammy, Tim, and Christian consistently go above and beyond to help. That said, this experience would not be what it is without the full team working together every day. Over a long stay like this, you really see the dedication and pride across the entire staff. The suites are comfortable and ideal for long term stays, and the daily breakfast and evening reception are thoughtful touches that make day to day life easier and more enjoyable. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at Embassy Suites for making my stay so special. This team truly sets a high standard for hospitality, and I highly recommend staying here, especially for extended stays.

Carol at the front was very nice and helpful. The rooms are very well sized and very comfortable. I have been here before and always enjoyed my stay. I did notice that the gym needs attention. I was working out and half the sun blinds are missing, the ceiling dirty with dust and the TV not functioning. The thermostat was hanging off wall. I had dinner and it was not the great experience I have had the other stays. I asked for more water and after 15 minutes, I went to the self service twice to refill my glass. The salads were very good. We waited another 20 for the main meal. My fajitas were very cold and the corn tortillas were greasy. I sent it back and asked for med rare steak. When it came out, the placed it down and walked away. The meat was well done and it was half the amount from the first plate. Also, it had less than half the peppers and onions from the first try. I will still come for the rooms, but may est elsewhere for dinner.

Went for daughter's party and was expecting too have fun but instead got two of the hottest rooms I have ever been in. They were like saunas till the sun went down. And even after that they were still at 80 degrees. Tried calling the front desk and got an robot that kept telling me someone was on there way? Three hours later someone finally came and said he can't fix these two rooms and he was surprised they rented the rooms out cause they been having this problem before? Worst place in my opinion hands down. Will never stay there again.
