Don't stay here. Once you are safely in the hotel it is very nice. But...the street next to the hotel is torn up and closed for repair so getting there is a bit challenging. When we arrived about 430pm after a long day of driving, it was raining and there are only three parking places in front, there was about a half a space left so I grabbed it. No protection from the rain, the back of my vehicle stuck into traffic, and cars on the busy street wizzed by making it dangerous to open the door. After I registered I was told I could park in a secure garage, it appears secure but if you are driving anything bigger than a compact car you are going to have trouble. The spots are tiny and the lanes narrow plus there are poles everywhere. I was finally able to park my old Tundra. It being only about 530pm we decided to walk for dinner, bad idea, this entire area is sketchy. We didn't see a single traveler, tourist or business person walking but we did see plenty of unhoused people and endured one attempted panhandling. After a long walk we found the restaurant closed ( online said it was open). We walked very quickly back to the hotel and breathed a sigh of relief when we were safe inside. We ate at the hotel and it was fine. So, a nice hotel, horrible parking and sketchy area....we won't be back.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The rooms are large and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Building was secured as you need your room key to enter all doors. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Traditional American and Southwest selections. The bar in the lobby has a good happy hour deal with drinks and food. Would stay again!

We made a last-minute reservation and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was ready for us right away. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, which made the check-in process super easy. It was such a relief to find availability on short notice without sacrificing quality. The location is convenient as well. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay, we would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

I come here for business at least once a month and always stay here. I like the secure parking and the rooms are always clean. Work out area is good disappointed they got rid of the peloton bikes but otherwise all good. The bar/restaurant has great food and the bar tender Jessica does an amazing job always friendly and great service. I stay in and enjoy the food at the hotel while I’m in town.

If you are driving your own personally owned vehicle while traveling, do not stay here. It is in a part of downtown that is not the best, and while the hotel offers parking in "secured" garages, if the gates are broken, like they are now, they do not repair it and just leave the parking garage open. All while still charging you for daily parking and assuming no liability for anything that happens to your vehicle or belongings. When asked if money would be returned because no secured parking was available the answer was 'no' and "on the parking pass it clearly states the hotel assumes no responsibility for vehicles parked on the property, but we have security that makes rounds at night." Charged for secure parking that is unsecured. Not responsible for anything that happens but happy to take your money. C'mon Hilton. Be better.
