​We were grateful for an early check-in, but unfortunately, the room had been marked as "inspected" despite not being cleaned at all. We walked into full trash cans, dirty towels, and an unmade bed. The front desk host handled it promptly by having it cleaned and offering a room change, though we declined the move since our luggage was already unpacked. They also offered us bottled water for the trouble. ​Once cleaned, the room itself was nice, cool, and offered a beautiful view. Free breakfast was a nice perk, and while you can hear the nearby airport, the noise didn't bother my family. ​However, we had another major issue the next day. After showering, I discovered grape jelly smashed into my dress. No one else had been in our room besides housekeeping, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the manager (or a woman who appeared to be) was seen keeping her dog inside the hotel and taking up two parking spots with her vehicle. ​The room and view are great once sorted out, but the property severely lacks attention to detail and professional management.

We were traveling bk to Amarillo tx from Arizona and decided to stay the evening before making it back home. The price was great the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We even went down n had a couple adult beverages and nachos while we were there from the little mini bar n the lobby and the kids loved the hot breakfast they had the scrambled eggs with potatoes. The kids also loved that they cld swim n the morning before we had to check out . We loved the check out time was at 12. Overall we would definitely stay there again

Viviana was so helpful over the phone! It is always very scary to book sight unseen but she made me feel at ease and I really appreciated it. Of course I read reviews and look at pictures but it's always nerve-wracking when traveling. I will edit if necessary upon check in but I asked her if she would allow her mother and grandmother to stay there and she said "absolutely" so that put me at ease.

This place is not good at all. Pictures are deceiving. The room was not fully cleaned. The last thing I need to do is me cleaning my room when you checked into a hotel, you shouldn't have yo do that. I was on the 5th floor and the hallways smelled like sewer back up. The breakfest was horrible. The hot food was cold. I told the front desk about it and showed them before and after picture of certain areas in the room that I ended up cleaning myself, and the front desk responded if I wanted a snack for the road when I was checking out. I am definitely crossing this place off my list during my travels.

Overall the hotel was ok but it’s clear they’re having significant maintenance issues with the elevators. Has on going maintenance been neglected? Who knows. What I do know is that only 1 of 2 elevators was in service while I was there. And that one … wasn’t pleasant to ride in because it “jumped” up and down at varying times in the ascent/descent. I ran into 2 other groups who also chose to use the stairwells over the elevators. Disabling the first floor elevator fire safety doors (by straight up removing them) wasn’t a good look. I can’t imagine the local fire marshal would be pleased.
