My husband and I recently stayed here the hotel itself was nice and clean. Rachel at the check in desk was amazing. We had a hiccup with our booking through expedia which turned into a whole thing. She was super helpful and patient while we figured out what was going on. It took about 30 min all due to expedia and luckily Rachel hung in there with us and did everything in her power to get us taken care of in a timely matter. I can't even begin to thank her enough because we had been on the road for 10 hours so we were both dead on arrival. Thankyou so much Rachel you saved the day for us! Super cool decor. Clean rooms and a fair price. The restaurant was a plus.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made check-in very easy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they felt a little dated. My only real issue was the lighting in the room — there wasn’t enough indoor lighting, and while there was plenty of natural light, opening the curtains reduced privacy quite a bit. One highlight was the excellent water pressure in the shower, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good stay with a few minor improvements that could make it even better.

Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. Towels smelled nice! Staff is great. Our room had a private balcony with a nice view. The fridge worked very well. Quite a good selection on tv channels. Air conditioning was perfect. Beds were clean and comfortable. Area felt safe. Plenty of food and stores near by. Only few down sides for me were.. the internet wasn’t very good. There is only 1 lamp for the entire room so it was really dim at night. There was only a bathroom mirror no full length mirror, which made it difficult to put an outfit together. We will probably be back to stay here next time we are in Albuquerque.

I got one of the artisan rooms. Looked great. However there was a problem with the shower. I fixed it myself and informed the front desk and that we also needed towels as all of ours were used to dry the bathroom floor. Maintenance showed up later that evening and took a look and said it was fixed. No towels. My wife and I went out to dinner and came back later that night. Came back still no towels. Asked the front desk and they got us new towels. Limited tv. Would have been better if we could connect one of our streaming services to the TV. Ie Netflix of any other type. Easy access to hotel from I-25. Easy check in and check out. Gardunos appeared closed but it was open. Good food. Staff was very friendly.

We came in here for an overnight stay, the room was decent. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The sun came through the curtains and kept the room pretty warm and woke us up. Im not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel but it was not all that we sat there for quite a long time and never got served. Ended up walking out.
