I honestly think this is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. Stayed here for a business trip nearby and the room was great, everything was squeaky clean, and the service was phenomenal. Special shoutout to Bonnie who checked me in last night; she was very nice, very helpful, and even helped me become a Hilton Honors member. Would recommend 100% to anyone looking for any kind of stay.

BEWARE: BEDBUGS My husband spent last night 6/16/26 at this hotel and was supposed to spend tonight there. He woke up in the early morning hours to find bedbugs. He packed up and went to the lobby where he was told there were no other available rooms. No one seemed concerned with checking. He’s been advised management would reach out. NO ONE has reached out. He has sent pictures and video.

Nice place to stay! The Hampton Inn is close to restaurants and very quiet. The rooms are well sound-proofed — we couldn’t hear people outside, even when kids were playing or there was noise. I really liked the bathroom, especially the big sink with enough space to put on makeup. The room was clean and relaxing, perfect for a one-night stay. We missed the breakfast, but overall we had a good and very satisfying stay. Highly recommended!!

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. My family and I were traveling with a large group, approximately 10 rooms in total, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. A special thank you goes out to Adrian and Ms. Carol at the front desk. Their professionalism, patience, and care made our stay truly memorable. They handled our large party with ease, ensuring everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The hot breakfast was a lovely bonus. It included homemade waffles, hot eggs, meats, and a variety of other delicious options that satisfied everyone's taste. It was the perfect way to start the day. While the hotel is an older property, it has been very well-maintained. You can see the effort put into keeping it in great shape, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for us, with everything we needed just about 20 minutes away, including the airport, downtown Raleigh, and nearby malls. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families and large groups!
