The service was great. We arrived on Friday and just stayed overnight and the gentleman at the front desk was sweet and helpful even recommend a restaurant to eat at. Room was nice and mattresses even had a encasement and if you watch Walk with Tim on YouTube u will understand how important that is. Highly recommend if you are in area. Pool was nice as well.

Beautiful hotel, clean, experienced great customer service from everyone but this one particular lady stood out! Recently I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea I notice at the coffee station the previous night that they had a calming cozy chamomile tea so I came down the next night to give it a try to relax me to hopefully get some good rest but they were out so I asked Demetria for assistance she looked under coffee station and saw they were out but she mentioned that she was going to try one more place! She came back with the tea she went above and beyond and that’s rare these days! So shoutout to Demetria she is great you guys ! And again thank you Demetria and ty Hampton you will see me again! Place is highly recommended !!!!!!

The staff are really kind people, and it's appreciated more than they know! Thank you Marissa and Judah, and everyone really, for going above and beyond. When loud reconstruction, and a failed washing machine were adding to a stressful week, the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. The rooms are always well-cleaned, and the breakfast is excellent. Y'all are wonderful!

Our room was great! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and slept comfortably. The staff members were very nice and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that your hotel provides a shuttle service. Carl is such a nice guy who is very patient. He drove me to the mall and a restaurant near the hotel, where I picked up my lunch. Excellent service 👏 Thank you very much!

One of the better Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Location near Crabtree Valley Mall is super convenient. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great. Free breakfast is above average with hot items. The pool is nice. Staff went above and beyond — helped me find a good dinner spot nearby. Free parking and easy highway access. Great value for the location. Would definitely stay here again.
