Charming hotel, with lovely engaged and interested team of employees. We felt very welcomed there. The gorgeous room (that we were in) was small, but efficiently set up. We were there for one night so that did not concern us. If you have a longer stay with more luggage, you may want to call to choose the room right for you. The bed was so comfortable. We did not try out the restaurant or bar, but would definitely return to do so. The only advice I have for women is to bring a lighted makeup mirror because you will need it.

Outstanding stay in Cleveland! This hotel is perfectly located near downtown attractions, restaurants, and entertainment, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable—the bed was excellent, and the shower had great water pressure (a huge plus after a long day). The overall design and decor of the hotel felt upscale and well thought out. Customer service really stood out. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything we needed. Valet service was smooth and efficient, making arrival and departure hassle-free. We also loved the bar—creative cocktails that actually taste as good as they look. It added a fun, high-end touch to the experience. Security was noticeable in a good way, especially in the evenings, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. For the price, this hotel delivers excellent value. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Cleveland with great service and amenities, I highly recommend it.

My review is mainly informed by the poor handling of an issue. I mistakenly left my child's baby blanket on the bed and it must have gotten tangled up in the covers and we left without noticing. I realize it was my mistake but it was a very special item and we've forgotten it before at a chain hotel and it was handled wonderfully. We immediately called Fidelity to let them know and it's been about a month of getting the run around with no real answer or follow-up. They claim to take it seriously and be looking into it, but it's clearly not being handled. They confirmed that it cannot be found on the premises but stated that they outsource their laundry and it's taken weeks of back-and-forth and they have failed to connect with the laundry company, the manager hasn't returned my call, and they never follow-up with me. I always have to reach out and it's as if we are starting at square one every time. When I call, there never seems to be a person at the hotel that can provide any answer or assurance that they will get an answer from the laundry company. If we had stayed at a chain hotel, I feel as though this matter would have been handled expeditiously. As for our stay, it was fine. Nothing impressive in terms of the room - I do not think this hotel is family/kid friendly. My pre school age child found several pieces of candy on the rug in our room right when we arrived. One of which was a gummy - God forbid that was a weed gummy and my child was younger and ate it. My child also found a pill/medication on the floor - also a law suit waiting to happen for a guest with children. I would not stay here again.

Positives: Steven at the front desk took care of us, gave us great insider tips to the venue we were going to that night and it turned out to be invaluable! He made our night! - Kristin at the Club Room downstairs, and the chicken schnitzel was to die for. Negatives: the lighting at the vanity and anywhere there was a mirror was horrible. Everyone looks better in dim light but no one can possibly get ready by the light of a 20 watt bulb. Ladies. Being a lighted mirror. - you need your room key to access the elevators. No one told us. Other travelers joked that they stood in the elevator for 10 minutes before they realized they hadn’t moved. - coffee in the room took a half hour to figure out, and bring your reading glasses. Coffee is a steeped bag like tea. And only one small cup per 2 persons. Staff was wonderful, but for the prices, we expected more. We were so pissed about the coffee in the room, and the price of parking, we weren’t going back to the restaurant for breakfast.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland. The entire experience felt thoughtfully curated from start to finish. The hotel has this amazing balance of being both quaint and elevated, it feels intimate without sacrificing any sense of luxury. The decor is absolutely pristine. Every detail feels intentional, from the textures to the finishes, creating a space that’s both stylish and inviting without being overdone. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable but also impressed. The food was just as memorable! Everything was so good! If you’re looking for a boutique-style hotel that’s well-designed, welcoming, and delivers on quality across the board, Fidelity Hotel is a standout. I’d absolutely stay here again.
