Rick “Ricky” Molina 3 weeks ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The staff made us feel welcome the moment we walked in, and everything was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The bar was fantastic with a great selection of drinks, excellent service, and a lively vibe. The waitress was absolutely outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure our drinks were full and checked on us just the right amount without being intrusive. Nikki.. at the bar.. Nikki as a Dj The DJ was the perfect finishing touch to the night. The music selection was on point, the energy stayed high all evening, and the dance floor stayed packed. They knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep everyone having a great time. If you're looking for a place with great accommodations, excellent service, and an unforgettable nightlife experience, this is it. We'll definitely be back! 🎉🍹🎶🏨
Jon Pickett 3 months agoWhen we arrived we were met at the Front Desk by a very nice man. He remained very helpful throughout our trying stay. It was very cold outside so we were ready for some nice warm relaxation. The room we were assigned had no heat on. So I turned it on and we went to eat dinner to give it time to warm up. We returned about an hour later. Still no heat. The room was 60 degrees. So I went to the Front Desk to report the situation. I tried calling first but the phone in the room didn’t work. The gentleman assigned me another room so we moved everything to it. Then lo and behold No Heat again. I reported that to the gentleman. So he went to find another room. About a half an hour later we got a room with heat. This room had a Mini Fridge in the middle of the floor. But at least we had Heat. So after an exhausting day and evening we went to sleep. After waking up the next morning we went to shower and once in the shower discovered the Soap dispensers were empty. So at this point we are over it. We are going to find a different Hotel today. Very disappointing as a Bonvoy Platinum member.
Erica Boyd 2 months agoNeal the owner is very polite , he checks on the guests and dose his best to accommodate to their needs. All the staff here are very kind and polite ! The rooms here are very clean and spacious. The property its self is very clean. This hotel has environment, friendly features. There are multiple places to place recyclables and trash. This hotel also has a wheelchair ramp in the lobby for accessibility.
Cindy 2 months agoHere’s a strong, polished Google review based on your message—clear, impactful, and credible: ⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel in Tulsa. I arrived around 2:00 AM and requested a late checkout, which is typically accommodated for Ambassador-level guests at Marriott properties. Checkout was set for 12:00 PM, and when I asked for a short extension, I was told no due to being fully booked. However, I later found availability online for the another room. When I called back to clarify, the staff member (Lauren) appeared to confuse me with someone else and made comments about a guest with an accent that were inappropriate and unprofessional. When I pointed out the misunderstanding, the situation escalated instead of being resolved. I felt profiled and disrespected during the interaction she said “ I thought it was the housekeeper” I said just because I have an accent that doesn’t automatically make me a housekeeper and I said that is profiling and racist which she replies she is Mexican and the racist card doesn’t work with her. It only got worse—she stated she was the GM and threatened to call law enforcement if I did not leave exactly at checkout time. At 12:00 PM sharp, she knocked on my door despite me asking for just 10 additional minutes to get my 3 kids ready. At checkout, the situation escalated again in front of other staff, maybe the owner . I remained calm and respectful throughout, but was still treated with hostility and told to leave immediately. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, especially at a Marriott property where a higher standard is expected. There was a clear lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic hospitality. I have already reported this to Marriott corporate. I would not recommend staying here based on how guests are treated.
Carolyn Borszich 9 months agoThis is my first review and I hate to be negative but I really must warn travelers that this hotel is very poorly maintained. The upholstery and carpets are filthy. Although it could have been an immense number of spills on the floor, it looked more like many, many pet stains all up and down the halls. The original room I was given was unacceptably dirty with live spiders in the corner and dingy towels. The smell was overwhelming although I could not identify exactly what it was- possibly an air freshener designed to cover another odor. The hotel was fully booked but I was offered another room. The staff was apologetic. Although still far from the quality one should expect from a Marriott hotel I accepted the room rather than leave to find another hotel at 10pm. The second room was very worn and unappealing with a broken toilet that ran constantly and the shower was completely out of all shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers and missing a dispenser for body wash. After a thorough inspection of the beds the bedding was fresh and clean. This was a simple overnight stay in order to attend a conference next door. If I had needed a room for more than the 8 hrs for sleeping I would have left. I hate to leave a review like this but travelers beware.
