The place and rooms were tidy. However, I was disappointed with few things that could be improved. The biggest complaint the hotel smelled musty and the room smelled like a cigarette ashtray. The microwave buttons were all in French language. 😆 We were just pushing buttons praying it work do something. Ugh. I tried to take a shower in the morning before we left. But there was absolutely no body wash in the dispenser. These were a huge pump bottles so obviously these haven't been checked in some time. So shampoo on the body had to do 🤷‍♀️. Bring your own conditioner, it wasn't luxurious enough to soften hair. It was thin and it actually dried up my hair in the shower...The positive...The beds were comfortable.

The front desk was super helpful! She helped so much with my reservation. She went above and beyond!! I booked through a 3rd party and they canceled last minute . She Talked to the 3rd party got it all figured out. She definitely needs a raise!

Room is fine. Front desk was decent. There's a foul smell all throughout the rest of the hotel's lobbies and hallways. Very outdated and poorly maintained. Housekeeping woke me up by knocking on the door, not even close to check out time. Said housekeeping was also just sitting in the stairwell on their phone not doing anything as I took down my luggage and deactivated my hotel key even tho I told her I wasn't done bringing things down. Came back up two minutes later and my key wouldn't work. I had to interrupt her phone time just so she could use her master key on my own room. Stained moldy carpets, musty and muggy. Not returning

We got a room for one night. We wanted to book this hotel because of the pool and breakfast but both of those were a fail. Water was freezing!!! You can’t swim in that pool. Breakfast was clean and nice but they have bagels , bread for toast but no toaster? Like what in the world. Rooms are nice and clean but my toilet was acting up and also room needs a urgent paint touch up. Also the fire detector was missing and wires were all just hanging out. Check in was fast and efficient and front desk lady was super nice. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back to this location.

They have bed bugs. Dont stay here. Its needs to be a motel u rent by the hour. Staff rude . TV didnt work went down to tell about it. Said doesnt matter amd we dont have any room to switch. Went back down and talk to a lady . They said could move us to another room but there isnt a key. She would have to let us in when we want. Super odd . Woke up and the next day I had so many bites all over me .
