This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. You can hear full blown conversations of people in the hallways and other rooms. Showers, toilets, TVs, people moving luggage, road/parking lot noise, elevator, etc. The walls are thin as can be. The rooms are a bit dingy, stains on furniture, and carpet appears to have not been vacuumed. The A/C is good, the water pressure is nothing to write home about. If someone is smoking in the parking lot outside your room, you can smell it in your room. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a low tier stay. Soggy scrambled eggs, dry biscuits, salty gravy, waffle maker, yogurt machine, a few stale cereals, and sticky soggy pastries wrapped in cling wrap. Staff is not keen on assisting when guests are in the parking lot making noise that can be heard clearly from 2 floors up. Elevator is okay, but they do not have inspection or notice about inspection being on file posted, as Oklahoma Administrative Code requires by law. Overall, a disappointing stay, would not choose or recommend this hotel moving forwards.

We were delighted at all the amenities, cleanliness, hospitality and ease of booking. Included breakfast which had everything. For the long hair girlies, there were the shampoo, conditioner (and body wash) dispensers in the shower and hair dryer. Indoor pool. Surprisingly large room with microwave and fridge, vanity, desk, closet, TV. Mattress was comfortable. Heating/AC worked well. Some light highway noise being close to the highway, but was quite otherwise. Drive way access felt safer since it is within a retail area with its own inset entrance that not directly accessible from the main highway. Free parking. Very comfortable lodging for a most excellent rate. Will stay here again for our next visit. Definitely recommend for a Tulsa stay.

Our stay was great other than the fact that this place seems to have absolutely no insulation between rooms. I could literally hear someone clipping their nails through the bathroom wall. The doors to rooms need to have slow closure hinges added as well because they literally SLAM shut unless you very carefully close them, this kept startling us awake through out the night and early morning. If you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! This hotel states on its website that there are coffee makers in each room. There are not. There’s only the coffee machine in the lobby that dispenses a 1/2 cup at a time. They know about the false advertisement and they don’t care. Breakfast is mediocre. Most hot food is gone by 9am even though the breakfast ends at 9:30. The eggs are either watery or burnt, there’s no sugar free syrup option or really any sugar free options at all and when you ask, the staff treat you like an inconvenience. I’ve read reviews that say the rooms are quiet…this has not been my experience. The street noise is super loud and you can hear conversations happening across the parking lot. I was traveling alone and barely had enough towels. There were just two so if you were traveling with someone else and one of you needed a hair towel…too bad. The pool is TINY. 3 people would overcrowd it. The only positive was that it was very near my friend’s house that I was visiting. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are Clean. Parking is Limited. It's a 4.6 Stars. Breakfast is Horrible. Sausage is not fully Cooked, Watery Eggs 🥚, Biscuits are Hard Gravy was Watery. There was no Coffee ☕. When coffee ☕ was finely put out it was Nasty 🤢. Thank God 🙏 Starbucks is Nextdoor for Fresh Coffee ☕. A $100 Hold on your Credit Card 💳 is Totally unusual 😡
