Truly a wonderful experience. I travel for work and am currently on a 4 month non-stop trip, that has me a a different hotel every night, with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays. This stay was an unusual 3 night stay, and was outstanding. My bathroom sink was badly clogged and the General Manager Alex personally came up to fix it. Gene at the front desk made the check in an absolute pleasure. The food was excellent as well. Meech and Kellie took great care of me and are really personable, which welcome, since I travel alone. If you are in Tulsa, give them a try. I was fortunate enough to have stayed here again for just one night on Wed. May 13th. I was recognized when I came in and was welcomed back very heartily. The General Manager Alex needs to be in Hilton Corporate due to his unbelievable disposition. He upgraded me before I knew what was happening. During the early evening, I misplaced my car key, and I do not have enough space to explain how helpful he was in locating it. Again, the food was excellent and Meech made the experience beyond pleasurable. I cannot say enough about this property. If in Tulsa, you owe it to yourself to stay there!!!

The front desk assistant, Life was super helpful and thoughtful. I lost my car keys from check-in to getting to my room. Life was looking under cars and searching the hotel with me. Her kindness went beyond customer service and the hotel has a high character person with her. Thank you again for all your help.

I specifically asked the hotel staff to help me choose a quiet room, but unfortunately they assigned me Room 310, which turned out to be extremely noisy. There is a very loud and constant water flow sound in the room. If it was just someone taking a shower occasionally, that would be understandable. However, this noise never stops. It sounds like water is constantly running through the pipes, and it is loud enough to make it very difficult to relax or sleep. It honestly feels like all the water used in the entire hotel passes through this room. Every time someone in the hotel uses water, the sound goes through the pipes here. The noise is extremely loud, almost like having a water tank or the main water system right next to the room. What made the experience even worse was the very poor attitude from the housekeeping staff. When I explained the issue, the staff member responded in a very rude and aggressive tone, telling me that no matter which room I changed to, there would always be noise. This was especially disappointing because I stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which is why I chose to come back again. Unfortunately, this time the room quality and the staff service were extremely disappointing. If you are considering staying here, you may want to avoid Room 310.

I've been to this hotel in the past, and thats the reason I returned however we came here specifically with the pool in mind, which they no longer have, yet the still show pictures of the pool and hot tub as part their photos. Should update their website pictures, so you don't wind up with very disappointed children like we did. I have used the Marriott hotels for 20 plus years and have become more and more disappointed with each visit

I can’t comment on the rooms, but we went into the bistro and had drinks and some food. Meach was working last night and provided excellence service. Made great drinks and checked up on us to make sure everything was OK several times while we were there. Would go again
