We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We stayed April 25 through May 4 in room 224. Staff were wonderful, professional, kind and accommodating, specifically Mr. Jason Trent and Mr. Marvin Bizzell. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily except the last two nights. Which was okay. I think that was due to circumstances beyond their control. The staff worked particularly harder on the weekend due to a large influx of clients as it appeared the staffing might not have been adequate. Mr. Trent and Mr. Bizzell did their best in a difficult situation. Housekeeping staff did great. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Did have to have our key card renewed multiple times during the stay. Staff apologized and stated their machine is getting replaced. We had to check out at 330am to head back and Mr. Trent was so kind and surprised us in the lobby at check out with 2 bags containing a water, fruit and a muffin for each of us with a note thanking us for staying at the hotel. We enjoyed the snacks on our flight back to NH. So thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Needed a room across the hospital, was easy to book , front desk lady who helped me check in was wonderful, beds are not firm if that's something u prefer , I do not so they were perfect for me , shower and bathroom were clean and spacious and lots of hot water . Ac worked very well and was able to be changed . Cost wasnt painful .

Jason at the front desk is the absolute best! Super personable, got me checked in very fast, especially for late at night. Location is good, not far from food/convenience stores. Good breakfast selection as well.

One of the worst Fairfields we've stayed at. Check in was really quick and the front desk gal was nice but when we got up to the room the keys didn't work. Went back down, got the keys redone, left for a bit and when we came back... keys didn't work again. Shower curtain doesn't hang down far enough so water got everywhere during shower. The tv only worked on 1 channel. Then in the morning we were woken up by a 7 am phone call. Breakfast was disappointing, the bagels were incredibly hard and there wasnt much available at 8:45 am (goes from 7-10 on the weekends). Glad we're only staying 1 night

As a titanium marriott member who has stayed in almost 1k marriott properties, this was my worst experience. The staff removed my reservation, canceled my extended checkout hours and called the police. Staff member stated it was due to conflict of interest. When asked what did we do or what the conflict was, she stated she doesn't have to tell me. I've NEVER experienced anything like this. There was never any interaction with the staff so I have no ideal why we were kicked out. Don't want to assume discrimination but at this point what could it be?
