Newer suites, nice pool, and convenient location. No bar or restaurant, plus the rooms didn't have smart tvs, so no streaming or ability to log into your Netflix account. Otherwise great, and comfy beds / good water pressure. Could hear loud people above us 2/3 nights while going to bed, which was annoying.

Recently stayed here traveling from out of town for business and was charged three times for my full reservation by the front desk people for what was supposed to be the security deposit. After realizing it the next morning and calling the front desk frustrated was given attitude as if it was my problem they screwed up and wondered why I was mad using vulgar language to the be told they weren’t helping me hanging up the phone. That’s why this person will never do anything more in life than work at the front desk of a hotel with that kind of business etiquette and I run a large business that spends multi 6 figures yearly on lodging for my employees and will never use Holliday inn or IHG again. Good job employee of the year that costs the company money as overhead liability as it is in a very expendable position that also costed your business hundreds of thousands in revenue yearly because of your attitude. There’s much better places to stay like Marriott etc so do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. I also forgot to mention I had to wait in the lobby the night I arrived coming into town for almost an hour for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Great customer service sorry we over charged you multiple times and you’re angry sir it’s your fault lol

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called the hotel to ask if the pool was open and was placed on hold. After several minutes waiting, I decided to call back and just try to ask the quick question and was ignored and placed back on hold. Both times answered was not a friendly tone. 3rd time I called and quickly asked my question was rudely met with a hard “no and we have no reservations” then was hung up on. I called back to ask for a manager and then was yelled at by the woman saying she was a manager (she isn’t). With still a rude tone told me they don’t have any reservations. I tried to tell her I already had one and had to yell over her yelling at me. She then was asking for my information which I said I wasn’t giving and told her how unprofessional she was being. She then hung up on me again! Called and complained to corporate. A “manager” (Rebecca) called me this morning to ask about what happened and then proceeded to ask me why I didn’t just call back later. Then tried to place us at another hotel. I declined and said I wanted to keep our reservation as I am traveling with my husband, baby and toddler and I am pregnant. My parents are also staying at the hotel as we are coming in town for a wedding. After being told she would “allow” us to keep our reservation since we had family staying there and it was already paid for. She decided to go ahead and cancel our reservation with in 24 hrs of us leaving for our trip. (5-6hr drive) Thankfully I was able to get a refund. But I have cried and stressed the past two days over this stupid nonsense. This is absolutely ridiculous how this was handled. These women should be ashamed of how they handled themselves and represented Holiday Inn.

Arrived 11/24/25. Room was absolutely disgusting. Nasty is understatement. Arrived late, tired. Had to lay blanket on bed linens, didn’t trust the linens. Pd $191. for lass than 12 hours. Will never stay in another Holiday Inn.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Only reason they didn't get a 5 on rooms is the walls had big cracks in them
