The room smelled like dogs had been there recently and the room was not thoroughly sanitized. The staff refused to put me in a different but same level suite. The premium suite was spacious with a separate bedroom. It also had a fridge and microwave. One of the heating units were broke and 1 of the tv remote controls were not programmed. The breakfast was the best part of the stay, they actually served real bacon and had turkey sausage which I appreciated.

all the employees have been kind and helpful. We walked across the street to a lovely coffee shop in the morning but decided to peak at what our free breakfast had. It was a wonderful selections of meats, fruits and fresh baked pastries!

Luna was our server and bartender which she took care of everything we needed especially with our two little girls needing just bottles of half water and apple juice. Best experience. 5 stars.

Rooms were clean that's about as good as it got this trip. One Elevator was broken, AC in one of our rooms didn't work, No towels at swimming pool, 1 towel in our room (because one of the their washing machines was broken.) To top it off no hot water. Ended up checking out and driving 3 hrs home instead of staying the night.

The location was wonderful and very easy to access. The rooms were spotless and cozy, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and care. The staff were truly lovely — polite, smiling, and eager to make us feel welcome. We had a really lovely stay and we’ll be happy to return!
