Overall experience was terrific! We called asking for a special accommodation which was promptly taken care of over the phone by Jackson, who was very understanding of our situation. Next was Jillian. Super nice and very prompt. She handled our needs once we got to the hotel and was just wonderful. Finally, our perspective of the hotel was clean and taken care of. Floors were clean, no holes in the walls, wood in the hotel wasn't scratched, and the things that should be working were actually in-service and working (elevators, sliding doors, coffee maker, lights, etc.). Our room was clean and in working order. AC worked great, sheets actually smelled clean, carpet wasn't sticky or worn out, beds were comfortable, and slide out couch was in good working order, too. We were able to relax and re-energize in our brief visit. Thank you.

Our room had the most foul smell. It smelled like sewer gas. I tried to crack the window open to let in some fresh air. I couldn’t get it open, so I tried to call the front desk and couldn’t get anyone. I had to walk down to the front desk and was informed that the windows are sealed shut. I made the hostess aware of the smell in our room. We were only offered for someone to come up and spray air freshener in the room. I opted out of the air freshener. We went back to the room and ran all the water in hopes that the P-traps were open. It helped but the room still had a very foul odor. Also, the bright lights outside, illuminating the property make it appear like daylight in the room all night. We had booked the room for two nights but checked out the second day because we couldn’t stand to stay there. The rooms have been renovated, but you can tell that the hotel is very old and they have only made some cosmetic changes. I would not suggest you stay at this hotel. We were not offered any money back on the second night even though the accommodations were very unsatisfactory.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful by bringing us the extra bedding we needed within minutes of me asking. The hotel was very clean and I noticed they cleaned the elevator and floors while we were there. The Continental breakfast was adequate, although I suggest they add more vegan options like fresh fruit or plain oatmeal. The room was large and the curtains blocked ALL the light from outside, making it easy to sleep in late in the morning (which I really needed). There were no bugs or grime, and I looked. The people we had the unfortunate luck to be roomed next to were incredibly loud and annoying. They slammed their door every few minutes, cursed and yelled at each other (storytelling?) and we woke up to a loud barfing hurling sound at 6 am, completely theatrical and unnecessary. I do wish the hotel had a way to monitor loud noises. Overall this was an excellent experience and it was a very affordable option. My family of 5 stayed here for just a little over $100 for the night in one shared room.

My 2 Week Stay. The staff at this hotel are some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve encountered at any hotel. Jillian, Destiny, RJ, and Dawn are what the hospitality industry is all about. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They always made sure I was taken care of, always had a solution for anything that came up, and was very accommodating during my extended stay. If there is one hotel you should stay at during your visit to Tulsa or if you even want a staycation, this is the place to go. The staff there will treat you amazingly!

Jillian greeted me in a kind and friendly manner. The room was clean and spacious. The location was very accessible to the BOK and other Tulsa attractions. It was great!
