My stay here at Element was excellent! We were here for an EMS conference. Location was great! Rooms were very clean and high end. The breakfast they included was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! The Caroline restaurant at the hotel had great food at reasonable prices. The customer service was great! The gal at the front desk was very kind and personable. Conrad was one of the valets and he gave some great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Conrad is the man!!!

Only downside was that the customer service on the phone was very tedious and hard to get through. Constantly put in hold and then transferred to a totally different department after so long. Everything else was great! Maria at the front desk was really nice and accommodating especially. She was very kind and bright spirited. The location is perfect. Plenty of walkable things to do and near some very cool bars. 7/11 is also a one minute walk. Will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aloft Downtown Austin. Room 2905 is absolutely the best — a beautiful corner room with an incredible view, spacious layout, and very comfortable atmosphere. We also really enjoyed Corrine’s Restaurant, both upstairs and downstairs, for meals and drinks. The offerings were excellent, and the staff and service throughout our stay were amazing. A special thank you to Maria at the front desk, who was so friendly and helpful during check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed Austin and our stay so much that we extended for an additional night. The city has so much to offer, and the Aloft’s location and service made the experience even better. We look forward to returning!

Just checked out of the Aloft Austin downtown the room and the location is great. My issue is the customer service especially as a loyal brand member. I have been trying to get on the phone with someone about being overcharged on my bill and have been hung up on twice now. Nothing is more frustrating when someone picks up the phone and you hear the crackle as they hang up without a word. Hopefully this review gets someone’s response. As they are willing to slip a letter under my door at 5 am asking for money but can’t pick up the phone.

The view for this place is killer. I love the view I had of the city. This spot has places for café experience and bar. The food and drinks are amazing. Bubu (reception - the one who checked me in and out) she knows how to dress and her customer service was top notch. I hope to have her again.
