Stayed here for a business trip for a few days. Great location, and great breakfast!! I'm pretty picky when it comes to food (just being honest) and usually don't like hotel breakfast but it the breakfast tacos were GREAT! Zayra is great, very attentive and helpful despite running the front of house by herself while I was there. Maria in the back got my custom request for the veggie breakfast tacos right on the mark! Appreciate y'all. Overall, solid hotel- location, staff, clean, comfortable

Loved this place! Rooms were great and Solomon, who was working the desk when we checked in was so incredibly nice and helpful given our special circumstances. He went over and above to accommodate us! Breakfast was wonderful. our server Zayra was so incredibly friendly! Food was delicious as well. The location is right across the highway from the venue of the event we will be attending. This was the perfect place!

My stay at Double Tree has been amazing. Everyone I have interacted with has been super friendly and accommodating. When getting breakfast in the morning we were greeted by Jennifer who was extremely helpful and kind. The food was great as well. Overall an amazing stay!

Thank you to Solomon and Austin for making this such a wonderful trip. We were in town for the UIL State Track Meet. Reserving a block of rooms has never been easier. Austin was so funny and helpful. Solomon was so kind and answered any questions that we had. I felt like we are all family by the time we left. Great Service is so important and this is exactly what we received.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Austin University Area was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. The famous warm chocolate chip cookie at check in is just the start of an exceptionally welcoming experience. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable with everything I needed for a restful stay. The location is perfect with easy access to the University of Texas campus and many of Austin's best attractions, restaurants and entertainment options. The staff is genuinely warm, attentive and professional at every interaction. The amenities are top notch and the overall quality of the hotel is outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin
