This hotel looks and smells amazing!! We visited friends in Austin and spent our last night at this hotel celebrating my husband’s bday. They went above and beyond to make our stay and his birthday special! The rooms are spacious and we had a lovely view of downtown and the water. The pool was gorgeous and open late- which I loved! The service was excellent and we loved our casual breakfast from the little cafe downstairs. Their pastries were yummy as well as our lattes! Overall, this place is just lovely! Highly recommend. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Jessie and Terry were also great! Side note this super cute restaurant is right around the corner and great for dinner if needed.

Had such a wonderful stay here in a corner suite. The service, food and drinks were all fantastic. Super clean hotel in a great location. Beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings were all well maintained and comfortable. WiFi was very fast. Pool was a great place to hangout with good music on a great sound system. Windows were impressive at keeping nearby construction noise out. Fun to watch the work happening from way up above.

John, the manager, truly made this a 5-star experience from start to finish. We booked through a third party, and often hotels treat those reservations differently, but that was absolutely not the case here. John went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of throughout our stay. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was top-notch, and the service across the hotel was exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine and accommodating. John deserves a tremendous amount of credit for creating such an amazing experience. Because of him and the overall quality of the hotel, we will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Austin. The value, service, and hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont Austin! The hotel is impeccable, with beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location in Austin. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding hospitality of the concierge, Pablo. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. His recommendations were excellent, and he went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service! Lippe family

We rented a cabana at the pool for the day and it was absolutely perfect. It's setup with everything you could want, drinks (non alcoholic), tv, couches, towels, snack trays and our server, Robin, was the absolute best part. She was attentive from the very moment we arrived, to several hours later. That girl tracked us down wherever we were, in the cabana, in the pool, in the other pool, walking around and always made sure we had whatever we needed. We were celebrating a friend's bday and Robin truly went above and beyond to ensure he had the very best day. We will absolutely rent a cabana here again and insist that Robin is our server. Seriously, top tier service!!!!
