Probably one of the best Hilton hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was great. Housekeeping did a great job with my room. My room came with unlimited snacks. One day they forgot to put the snacks there so the general manager named Hunter personally came to my room and delivered the snacks, which I appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Check-in was quick and easy even though we didn’t have a reservation, which was such a relief after a long day of traveling. The location is also super convenient—right off I-35, so it’s perfect for road trips and easy access. The lobby is beautiful and the bar/restaurant area is excellent. Huge shoutout to Lala, the bartender — she truly made our night. She was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and just all-around fantastic. Exactly what you hope for after a travel day. Please give her the recognition she deserves! The food was also really good — we ordered the pasta and a burger and both were excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and modern, and the bathroom felt updated and fresh. Our only small gripe is we wish the room had a bathtub instead of just a shower (traveling with a toddler makes baths easier), but overall this was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back.

Had an outstanding stay at this months old hotel. Parking was plentiful.The bar and restaurant were adjoining the entry. LaLa ,the bartender, was new but knew her way around the bar. She managed several patrons needs with a sense of genuine friendliness. On the two nights I ate there I had the salmon and roasted veggies. Each night the chef came from kitchen with the medium-rare fish to verify that it was prepared to my liking. Each night it was cooked perfectly. The room was designed with the traveler in mind. Plenty of plugs, computer and phone , etc. Chairs, coffee niche and bath were above average. Excellent, friendly place to stay!

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very nice. The room I stayed in has a desk behind the bed which allows you to watch tv while you work on your laptop. The bathroom is amazing as well. My only gripe is having to pay $15 for a continental breakfast. It is all you can eat but I don't feel the food is worth the price. If you can get over this, I definitely recommend staying here.

I checked into the hotel and went right back out. Once I returned later after 10 pm and tried to heat food, the microwave didn't work. The guy at the front desk brought a microwave, but discovered the outlet in the wall didn't work. We moved the microwave after he left. The microwave wouldn't turn off unless you unplugged it. The next morning, we woke to cold showers. The attendant at the front desk said the hotel had too many people. It's a hotel! You should have hot water for your occupancy. We go out again and return. The room had not been serviced. I go back to the front desk. They say rooms are serviced every other day. The attendant did not say that when I checked in the day before. I ask for towels. He doesn't have a full set of towels. This is crazy!! If you don't service all rooms everyday, you should not be out of towels! I've sent an email to the GM. I still have one more day. What else will they not be able to handle? Being a Hilton Honors member here means nothing. They don't greet you as such and they definitely do not provide the Hilton service that I get at other Hilton properties!
