I had booked thru a third party company and the same day we checked in was the same day we checked out. Due to the infestation of roaches. I was being nice and discreet knowing other guests had arrive and was hoping to receive a full refund but instead was told to contact the third party first. So I did. They said this hotel needs to approve the refund. Which they never did! Shame on this place and management. Will never return Nor do I recommend it. Look else where I promise you its not worth it. I'll be uploading the pictures here soon. I booked thru priceline got us the room with the big tub not worth it. You can clearly hear everyone from the lobby regardless if its down the hall.

This is my first time staying at this hotel and I was surprised by the cleanliness and beauty of the room and the location is also good near the mall. And the breakfast is good. Will definitely come back here again.

Front desk was neutral/ not friendly. Felt unsafe leaving nice car parked in that area. Room at first glance seemed fine, but found hair on bedspread, table not clean, bathroom had more hair. Overall bad, but I survived. Lol.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. This is NOT what the room will look like when you get there. The by Radisson part is also a lie; this hotel is independently operated. Frankly, I'm baffled by any positive reviews. Our room was old. The carpet was dirty. Dirty enough to turn your feet black on the way to the shower. Speaking of which, the tub was seemingly permanently stained a different, yellowish, color than the rest of the tub/shower surround. We bought shower shoes. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. My daughter and goddaughter ended up getting sick, and we had to find another hotel for the remainder of our stay in Bakersfield. We asked for, and did not receive a refund. This "motel" needs to be reported to the health department for the mold. It is a health and safety issue. I'm pretty sure any positive reviews are bots. Do not stay here.

Upon checking in to the room, it smelled like cigarettes. We found mold, hair, and bed bugs. Stay away from this place. Appears to be urine stains on the mattress. The photos are extremely deceiving. Its as if they upgraded one room and made that their go to photo on their site. Upon bringing it to the attention to the person at the desk, all he.said was is ill leave a message for my manager. Your one job is hospitality.
