The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. The room was very clean and welcoming. They served hot and cold breakfast options that were plentiful and fresh, although breakfast along with the seating area was in the lobby. Over all this is a great place. I recommend it.

We have stayed at many Home2suits and I was losing faith in them. We stayed at the one and it brought it back because the room was nice and clean, check in service was wonderful, and breakfast was very delicious and had great choices. I read the reviews and was worried especially after so many disappointing stays in other towns but was very pleased in the end!

Front desk attendant was not at all friendly...9pm at night. Refused to light the glass rock propane generated fire pit on the front patio. Told us that it requires an extended lighter and the hotel does not have one....when we asked if we provided one , would he allow it. No it takes a key and I will not unlock it...WOW!! Why is it there?,? All others throughout the day were very helpful and respectful. This is only night one!!

Reliable Wi-Fi is an essential service for guests, and I expected better communication, follow-through, and customer care. I hope this feedback helps improve both the technical support process and the level of service provided to guests experiencing issues.

Place is clean with nice room amenities, small kitchen area. Convenient location with nice Italian restaurant across the hotel that you can just walk there. I only stayed at this place once and my awful experience was the noise from the room above mine that kept me up most of the night. It sounded like someone was having a party upstairs. I called front desk twice and on the 2nd time, I asked if the front desk can send someone to the room. I was told that she didn't have anyone to send. I had a long drive the next morning and with lack of sleep, it was unsafe for me to drive.
