One of the best places I've ever stayed. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. The room was super spacious—I recommend it 10/10. It has everything you need to have a pleasant night.

Our first time here...the positives - very comfortable beds, good breakfast, front office staff, and next to a variety of food outlets. Negative - it was noisy in the room. The wind was whistling through the gaps in the windows in the evening, and there's some (surprisingly) busy industrial roads adjoining the property that get quite noisy after 4.30 a.m. Maybe the windows need replacing as they just don't stop the noise or seal effectively?Power washing (?) the driveway at 7 a.m. and jack hammering just after 8 a.m. outside our room wasn't great after waking up so early - could they schedule this maintenance after most guests have checked out? Lastly, really appreciated getting an email/txt when the room was available for check-in - nice touch.

We stayed 3 nights. We were in town for a funeral. The next morning after we arrived we found several roaches in our room as we were getting ready for funeral. I called the front desk and they switched our rooms but we had to move all our stuff to the other bedroom and that made us late to the funeral. The hotel did not want to compensate us not even for that first night

It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The fridge wasn't work in the room I was initially assigned wasn't working. Staff was friendly and changed my room. I have to stay in a room right next to the mechanical equipment room. It was extremely difficult to sleep due to the noise coming from the machineries. There was a constant vibration in the walls. As a bonus, I have attached a photo of a cockroach I found in the room.

I just have to say that there was a bit of a frustrating misunderstanding with the reservation and the credit cards. I was upset but Rodrigo kept working to resolve it. I would like to issue an apology, it was a long drive, but ultimately he got it fixed and we got to stay. Nice room and we are looking forward to the free breakfast and the location is great, right off the highway.
