The hotel lobby was very clean and smelled fresh right from the entrance . The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Robert checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. After a very long and tiresome trip he made us feel welcomed and safe. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast, the spa, and pool and it made all the difference. This hotel was an excellent price for all it offered and its aesthetic. Thank you Robert for the great customer service.

The food at the front desk was very expensive!! $13.50 for a microwave personal pizza!! Also the pool umbrellas were broken so no shade if you weren't swimming

Tidy, clean hotel but unaware of or unaccommodating to guesys from outside of the area. Those who live in other time zones are up early. This is normal for US travelers. Many hotels are prepared for that. This one, with multiple people up before 4, does not have coffee available and does not turn on lights in lobby alternate "work" area until breakfast time. Hotel is near airport, with 5 am departures. Management needs to reorient towards serving those customers.

The experience was fantastic checking in and out. The ladies checking us in that night. Did an amazing job Armani at the desk the morning we left also did a fantastic job. The security guard Sergio was also very kind and nice. I have to really raise Trey to the top as far as he kept the continental breakfast area very clean he was very sociable. He kept the food stocked, probably of all the motels I’ve ever been to. He handled his area the best thank you so much Trey keep up the good work. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone and definitely going to see Trey in the dining area L .Nelson

We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bakersfield. The hotel is located in a pretty safe and secure area, which gave us peace of mind right from the start. We arrived early and, although early check-in wasn’t available, the staff kindly let us wait in the comfortable, air-conditioned lobby—a lifesaver on a hot day. The front desk woman was super nice and helpful. When I had trouble printing from the lobby computer, she stepped in and printed it for me, which I really appreciated. The hotel and our room were both nicely decorated, and the entire property felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of options to start the day off right. Overall, a top-notch experience—we’d definitely stay here again!
