The hotel location for our purposes was great, the main reason for my review was the front desk clerk Landon. After the 8+ hour drive we were exhausted, he got us checked in quickly even gave us floor choice, a great thought, explained the breakfast and was very pleasant during our interaction. Good job

Thank you so much Darisha for a wonderful experience. She was super friendly, polite, bubbly. huge smile. GREAT SERVICE! She said if i needed anything else she'll be right down the hall a couple doors down to just let her know and she'll get right on it. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! The hotel itself needs alot of work but the service was excellent. Also Michael at front desk is an outstanding guy. very polite. I loved the experience.

Darisha, you ask me to leave a review. Here's my review. the room was clean, cozy, and everything was placed neatly in the room. You have major cleaning skills. The Sahara in Las Vegas would love an employee like you. I will say the furniture in the room is a bit outdated. But furniture can be replaced not a big deal. Keep working hard but not to hard. Thanks again.

I stayed at this hampton for the first time. I wasn't expecting to stay at a hotel while driving home after a family trip. But I must say the house keeper that cleaned our room WOW. Kudos to you Darisha. She cleans like my mother (in detail). I stayed an extra night because of the weather and she cleaned my room the following day while we were eating breakfast. It was a bit messy because I have kids and I am so sorry about that. but when I returned to my room the room looked as if it did when we first arrived perfect. Thanks again I really enjoyed my stay 😀

$75 for our 10 year old, 11 pound potty-trained dog to stay. That’s a 50% addition to the cost of the room. Why not charge a refundable deposit and penalize the pets that are destructive? We will now go out of our way not to stay at this venue. By the way, the clerk had no training ability in dealing with people. He was rude and dismissive. And furthermore, the loud and cranky room heater could not be turned off by the guest. Guests are trusted only to put it down to LOW.
