This place was really great. Devin at the front desk was super polite and helped us out with all our questions. In particular, we were hanging in the lobby watching the UFC fights on our phones and I asked Devin if it would be ok to mirror it to their TV. He went out of his way to contact his manager to ask if that was ok. Most would've said "no, im sorry." But he went above and beyond and did everything he could do to accommodate us. We got the ok from Devin that everything was good to go. We had a blast and ordered food and drinks at the hotel bar. 5 stars for Devin! Thanks bro!!

Rooms are dated. Location is marginal. Service here is unacceptable. Needed to do some laundry. Laundry wouldn’t open with room key card. Front desk told me he couldn’t help I would have to walk around and find a cleaning lady to open. I did manage to find a cleaning lady (who was very helpful). Then there is no change machine in laundry room. I walked back to front desk for change and was informed they couldn’t charge change to my room and they didn’t have enough change to break my bill. They recommended I walk to a gas station? I asked to speak to a manager and was told they wouldn’t be available for 36 hours because it was a weekend. Moving out of this hotel as soon as possible. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and will not be staying here again. This is coming from a diamond member who travels a lot. I’ve never posted a negative review of a hotel before.

First impression is that it's a nice establishment, but then I got to the room and it all went downhill. First the door is open and unlocked, with the deadbolt thrown. Okay weird but sure, cleaning person left it that way. Then you walk in and find the mystery stains on the carpet. Is it blood? Is it sauce? Other bodily fluids? No one knows, but we can be sure no one with eyes cleaned the room. Well let's shower now that we feel dirty. Oh, we get to shower and have a bath at the same time because the tub doesn't drain. A race to shower before the tub overflows / shower with your dirty water. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place. Also don't be fooled by the cookie cutter response this will generate about how this isn't their cleanliness standards and it was reinforced to their team. I assure you, nothing will be done and no one will actually reach out or do anything

Besides the other guests yelling in the hallways at late hours of the night, the bathroom was disgusting! All night we could hear this disgusting gurgling sounds only to find black moldy water coming up from the bathroom sink and the shower! Also the room smelled musty like mildew Went to the front desk to ask for a new room but overheard a different guest also requesting another room due to a super strong chemical smell in his room only to be told there is nothing else available. We showered at the gym after paying over $200 to stay 2 nights. Never ever again! There are a bunch of other hotels on within close proximity so I would suggest taking your chances there instead.

Very nice place to stay. Bed was very comfortable. Location is right off the freeway and surrounded by other hotels. Service was good as far as the people go, but the fact that your stay doesn't come with complimentary breakfast was disappointing. It's always great when you can wake up in the morning and get breakfast without having to leave the property. Breakfast was about $20 per person or you can purchase a la carte.
