Oh my gosh, if you go to a hotel to sleep, don’t bother coming here. The parking lot is filled with small refrigerator trucks which go on and off every four minutes all night long there is no way to get a good night sleep even though I asked at the desk, they said they have this problem all the time but there’s nothing they can do about it so I would find a place that definitely does not accept those type of trucks in their parking space

Greeted promptly by friendly hotel receptionist. Rooms were clean, modern with plenty of outlet for electronics and the mattress was excellent The breakfast was plentiful, yummy with some low calorie, low fat and vegan options. And last but not least my favorite, biscuits and gravy!

The front desk lady was very unprofessional. Check out time was 11 am, and without no reason the door key was not working from 10 am. We had to stay outside of the room at least 30 mins. We went to the front desk and asked the lady why this happened. She was like it is normal and she explained like this is because of the cell phone magnetization 😡 I asked her we all the time carry our cell phone into our pocket and its working. She was not even apologizing for that service!!! We requested her to extend the check out time for 30 mins as we were outside of the room, but she was not agree and she was telling us that if we check out after 11 am, they will charge extra 35$ for every hour, but this was totally their service fault!!!

I stay in so many IHG hotels it’s truly absurd, but…. This hotel and breakfast were up to the IHG standard! I came out here for work and the hills around the area lined with oil wells provide an almost Martian looking environment.

Front desk knew I had a dog but didn’t tell me It wasn’t a dog friendly hotel and that I would be charged $250 after the fact. (IHG website glitched and allowed me to book even with a dog filter applied) I have been trying to figure this out for a month and I was told I would be refunded but the GM is never available to update me on the refund, They then told me it wasn’t approved for a refund and I’m back to square one being out of luck. They have yet to resolve this issue and make it right. I will not be returning here.
