Had a very nice stay here. Easy directions to this location, room was ready at 4pm, a/c was perfect with fan set to 'on' to muffle hall noise and temperature was perfect, stayed on top 4th floor, bed very comfortable, shower & towels good. Breakfast was additional cost but decent selections and fair price. Adjacent parking garage had plenty of parking spaces available. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, there was a Torchy's restaurant just downstairs for very convenient takeout.

Perfect spot to stay for the Professipnal Bull Riders World Finals. Room was clean and I loved the Cowboy theme in the room and throughout the property. Service outstanding anytime I needed anything housekeepers and staff helped promptly.

We booked one night at this hotel with the understanding that we would have a room at a nonprofit facility associated with the local children’s hospital for the remainder of our stay. The facility ended up being completely full for our time in Ft Worth and the hotel worked with us on extending our stay. The staff and guest services were all incredibly helpful and accommodating when we needed to change rooms to a mobility accessible room to care for our daughter’s needs. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu but we could always find something delicious to eat. The wait staff was usually short-handed but always served us with a smile and were pleasant and quick as possible. We used the laundry facilities and the machines are paid through a mobile app which made it much easier than trying to keep up with having enough quarters to wash and dry. With our current circumstances, I am grateful that we had this hotel so close to the hospital and they helped make a hard trip to the area a little easier.

I rarely go back and leave reviews for hotels as a majority of them in the same vicinity are very similar. However, I wanted to mention that the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center went above and beyond for us. They took care of us during a difficult time. On top of that the rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect since we were traveling back and forth to the hospital. I will note that the only negative things, but won't impact my 5 start review since I knew about these ahead of time, is there is paid parking onsite (no free parking) and there is no free breakfast included with the room (only a paid restaurant onsite).

For a hotel of great rates and perfect location the customer service is absolutely awful. The app and digital key never works. The girls at the front don’t care and just expect you to stop by. We are Hilton members for the convenience of the digital keys and app. If that’s not important to you and you are ok with subpar staffing, this hotel is great other than that. Due to location, we have tried here a few times and this one was the last.
