I stayed at The Worthington Renaissance for the Texas TSA State Conference. The location is the best part about it. It is right in Sundance Square, so we could easily walk to restaurants and shops downtown between events. The service was good. The room attendees went into the room daily to clean up and make the bed, which was nice to come back to after a long day of competitions. However, there is a privacy issue with the bathroom layout. The restroom doors have gaps in between them, meaning your roommates can easily see you in there. If you are sharing a room with teammates, it can be pretty awkward. Overall, it is a clean and convenient place to stay for a convention, just be aware of the bathroom setup.

Family had a great time here. Check in was efficient. Rooms clean and well taken care of. Ice machine worked perfectly. Housekeeping daily service was great. Awesome coffee shop. Amanda and Jen in the lobby took amazing care of our group. Those ladies are Rockstars. Would return every trip to Ft Worth.

Great place to stay downtown Ft Worth. Expensive, but worth it. We had a great view on the corner. HUGE balcony! TONS of windows!!!! Requested more pillows and got them quickly! The staff restocked our bottled water daily. The Saturday night fireworks were fantastic and right outside our window!!

Excellent location within walking distance of everything downtown has to offer. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant and bar, were a great added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked and PREPAID my anniversary stay through Booking.com for over $860 and what should have been a special weekend turned into one of the most stressful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At check-in, I was told all I needed was $100 for incidentals. Fine. Then the next night, my boyfriend and I were LOCKED OUT of our room because the hotel claimed Booking.com had “canceled” my reservation and hadn’t paid them. How does that happen AFTER a guest has prepaid, checked in, and is actively staying in the room? Instead of resolving it internally like professionals, hotel staff allowed it to escalate to the point that paying guests were locked out and embarrassed. To make matters worse, my card was then charged an additional $424, another $1 charge, and then at checkout I was told I owed ANOTHER $48 “destination fee.” After already paying over $400 a night with taxes and fees. The most frustrating part was the lack of ownership and care. No urgency. No accountability. No real apology. Just more requests for money. If your hotel works with third-party booking platforms, it is YOUR responsibility to have procedures in place before locking guests out of rooms they already paid for. The room itself was fine, but customer service and management completely ruined the experience. Be careful booking here and monitor your bank account closely.
