Definitely giving this a 5 star review! As other reviews have said the rooms are minimalist, the standard king was a tight squeeze, the lighting could be better, and the curtains don’t block 100% of the light. However, all of that pales in comparison to the customer service! Everyone was helpful and unbelievably friendly. In today’s world of lackluster customer service this was so welcome! We arrived Friday evening with convenient parking, were warmly greeted, and then invited to the lobby bar for a complimentary drink. Great atmosphere in the bar, and we sat outside with our drinks on a perfect summer night. We parked once, walked to a nearby diner (staff recommendation) that was fabulous and were able to walk to Dickie’s and not fight traffic or parking. The neighborhood was nice and very safe. The vibe was casual and welcoming! If you’re coming to just hang out in your room maybe reconsider, but if you want a fun place to lay your head while you enjoy Ft. Worth stay here!

Ideal location, close to zoo, sport stadium, and museums. Very safe neighborhood. It's very clean and new. Sarah, at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful when we arrived. Loved the bar and patio area, pet friendly. Greeted this morning by Dee who made the best, strong coffee! Very hip, southwestern decor. Definitely coming back to stay again. Walk-in shower was awesome! Thanks we'll be back soon.

Overall a nice stay. Location is perfect for walking to Dickies arena. Easy to get to driving from out of town. Room was clean, a little surprised by concrete floors. Bathroom is fantastic and large shower with incredible water pressure. Only downside is no closet or dresser. Nice lounge / bar area. Had the best bartender and she made incredible and unique drinks. No breakfast but really cute café 2 blocks away.

Ken ensured our stay this past weekend was a pleasurable experience. The top tier southern hospitality provided set the bar high. Our room was very clean, neat, & tidy. Shower amazing. Bed very comfy. Plenty of parking (would suggest more lighting). Dickies Arena right across the street. I do hope management can get Ken some extra help as he worked so hard juggling many tasks alone. Yet, he did it with grace & a warm smile. We’ll definitely share our experience with friends & family. -The Houstons

If you're seeking luxury, this is not the place for you. I was a bit disappointed upon arrival. I booked a 5-day stay to attend an event at Dickies Arena. The rooms lack any kind of clothing storage, such as wardrobes or drawers. After a long day of travel and immediate frustration, my husband and I went to the lobby for a drink, and that was when this stay went from a ⭐⭐ to a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The staff was excellent! The bartender, Casey, I believe, is very relaxed and sets a calm tone for the experience. That's when I realized the hotel had history and a mellow vibe. No computers. No hustle—just relaxation. While talking with the bartender, I mentioned my frustration about not having a place to hang my clothes. Sara at the front desk overheard and made a call; the next day, when I returned to my room, a small portable clothes rack had been delivered! It turns out I needed the disconnect from the hustle and bustle. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace this hotel offers. The showers are fantastic. The staff was exceptional. The view from the second-floor balcony was stunning. It’s conveniently located. I will definitely book again.
