We stayed here overnight for an event nearby. Check-in was easy. We were put into an accessible room since there were no standard rooms available. At first glance, the room was clean. However, when I went to take a shower, it looked like there was some sort of fecal matter on the Bench in the shower. Then I noticed that there were more brown stains on the hotel issued shampoo. Additionally, we were woken up several times throughout the night to what sounded like a party happening above us. It sounded like people were jumping up and down. We alerted the front desk, but it didn’t stop. At breakfast, there were no plates available only a bowl. I had to eat my very large waffle out of a small bowl. I would likely opt to stay at a different hotel, should we ever return in the future.

The hotel was a standard setup with two queens, bathroom and shower, TV, and small refrigerator. I appreciate everything clean, making my family comfortable. The shower was surprising bigger for this setup. To clarify, the shower isn’t huge, just bigger than the other Hilton family places I have stayed. The breakfast is just the standard breakfast, not ground breaking. However, everything was clean and I appreciate that.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room, and the hotel is well maintained. Good breakfast. Very quiet area around the hotel - we slept well. Very safe area. Short drive to a grocery store and restaurants. One of the better hotel experiences we've had, and we travel a lot.

Overall, the stay here was okay and not worth the almost $300 cost of one night. First and foremost, they advertise on Google that their prices are in the $100s, which is not true. We needed a room last minute and went with this place due to the proximity of our location. When we made the reservation, we put on it that there are 4 people staying in the room. We were also charged a $5 service fee upon check in. Upon arriving in our room, we find the room is a king with a pull out bed which is perfect. However, the pullout has no pillows or blankets. Just one sheet to put on the mattress. My husband goes down to ask for pillows and blankets and he was told “she could roll up some towels and pretend they’re pillows because there are no pillows or blankets”. When we pulled out the bed, it would not go flat and sat upwards similar to a hospital bed. We scrummaged through the car and found my daughter a blanket and gave her one of our pillows to make it work. About an hour later, the same lady came and said she could not find a pillow to fit into the cover so she gave us a king size pillow in a standard sham cover. She then gave us 3 sets of sheets and said she would try to find blankets. When she finally brought the blankets, there were stains all over them. Very gross. If booking a room for 4 people, and the room is 2 queens, everyone would have blankets and pillows. I would expect the same for a pullout bedroom, especially when the cost is almost $300. The rooms set up was very uncomfortable with a giant desk in the middle of the room. The TV faced the bathroom and only rotated 10 degrees. Overall, it’s okay for a last minute, need somewhere to rest your head. It is quite loud throughout the night. Not worth the price, especially not when you’re charged a service fee and we weren’t even serviced with clean blankets and pillows for our party of 4.

The bed was not comfortable for the price, and it caused back pain during my stay. The TV cable service was poor, and the picture quality was unclear. The shower head was broken and sprayed in an unpleasant way, and the air conditioner did not cool the room properly. Additionally, the cleaning staff began moving furniture, vacuuming, and making excessive noise early in the day. Since we arrived late the night before, we were hoping to sleep in while on vacation, and the disturbance was very disappointing. On the positive note the breakfast options were good. Thank you 😊
