Do not come to this hotel ever if you don’t want to experience complete ignorance, terrible service and lack of support from the staff. Receptionist named Joy was very unprofessional and mean. We came in the hotel at 10 am after a long flight and we haven’t slept for the entire day. We had a lot of small kids but we knew that the check in time is 3 pm and we were okay with that, but when she said that that they will give us the room later than 3pm because some of their “important” guest have a a special credit card ability that allows him to move out of the room at 4pm, i was completely shocked. I am the same guest as others and i have a right to move into my room at the assigned time and I do not care if someone has a cool credit card that allows him to move out later. I have booked three rooms for my family and after hearing that they are not able to offer three rooms at the same time i have asked them to give me at least one room for my little siblings and my parents to rest, while we wait for the other two. But instead they have been telling me that they are cleaning them and they can’t give us anything at the moment. They were telling me that they will finish cleaning “soon” for 1.5 hours even when it was already 3pm. Only when i started arguing, the manager came to help me and suddenly they were able to gave us all three rooms. At that moment I understood that we are not welcomed guest in this hotel because at 3:05 they weren’t able to give us our rooms but when i started arguing at 3:07 they suddenly gave us three rooms. I don’t know if it’s the receptionist Joy who did not want to cooperate and help her guests but it is clear they had rooms that were ready to move in but they just did not want to give them to us. Overall i had a high expectations of staying in the 5 star hotel by Hilton but in reality it was the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had in my life. If you are looking for welcoming and kind service this hotel is the last one in the world to live in. As a proof of my stay i will leave photos from my room.

Great luxury stay in Downtown LA with stunning views, though minor drawbacks We stayed here for several days and overall had a great experience. The hotel is ideally located right in Downtown LA, directly next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Room & View: Our room on the 16th floor offered a fantastic view with modern and luxurious furnishings. However, the Queen bed was quite compact at only 1.38 meters (54 inches) wide—definitely a cozy fit for two people. Also, despite the modern windows, some night traffic noise still echoes through the city canyons, so it might not be ideal for very light sleepers. Amenities: The fitness center is well-equipped. The pool area on the 10th floor is very appealing and a great place to relax. Dining & Parking: Valet parking is available at $70 per day—not exactly a bargain, but very convenient. We had the à la carte breakfast at the signature restaurant; it was pricey and okay, but it didn't completely blow us away. All in all, a wonderful stay and a highly recommended luxury option in DTLA!

This is an exceptional property and one of the best Conrad hotels in the US. It is brand new construction and only 4 years old. The property has been immaculately maintained. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are all consistent with the Conrad brand globally and service is executed flawlessly. San Laurel is the main restaurant by Chef Jose Andres and I enjoyed breakfast there everyday as well as dinner on my first night. Each visit was a treat with outstanding food and service. They boast the largest rooftop pool in downtown LA and it offers wonderful views of the city as well as poolside food and beverage service. Housekeeping was excellent and the attention to detail was exactly what I have come to expect from Conrad. All of the hotel staff were generous, warm and inviting. Everyone remembered my name and engaged me in conversation. I also got several tips on things to do locally as well as some great hikes in Malibu. This is the perfect location for anyone interested in the arts as it is right next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the LA Opera. I attended the Opera and enjoyed my 5 minute walk back to the hotel. I will stay here again anytime I am in Los Angeles.

I absolutely love this hotel! My hubby & I always have staycations here and it’s always been stellar - I’ve had birthdays and milestones celebrated here. The service is top notch - shoutout to Janelle, she has always gone the extra mile to make every stay memorable. Thank you! Overall, the staff is always so nice. My fave is the in-room dining options - so luxurious and delicious. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is out of state or even locals who just want a nice getaway. I’ve always recommended to my friends and they love it here too.

The Conrad has some of the most exceptional customer service. Thank you to Sydney and Matt for the excellent attention to every detail. Thank you for the accommodations and care. This was one of the best stays I’ve had at a luxury hotel in a very long time. Thank you. And thank you to Andrea at San Laurel for her exceptional service. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We didn’t even really feel the need to leave the hotel except for our events!!! Thank you.
