My son & I stayed over the weekend & I must say. It was honestly awesome. Gentleman at the front desk at night helped us find the place when we where lost & help us find the parking area. 💯 percent great SERVICE. Our room was beautiful , clean, actually the room was quite.. I would stay here again. Thank you...

This was a terrific place to stay - we had the penthouse which is gorgeous!!!! Austin helped us from booking to check out, with great recommendations for restaurants, getting our bag at 3am from the airline and just basically treating us as family. You will love the place!

Nice aesthetics in photos, but comfort, cleanliness, and basic hospitality were consistently lacking. The room looks modern, but the layout is awkward and impractical. It’s long and narrow, with the bed boxed in against a wall and a closet door opening directly beside the bed. There were no nightstands or bedside lighting, just a mini fridge awkwardly placed next to the bed and a single switch controlling overhead lights on one side. The bed was extremely firm, and the sheets appeared to be synthetic. Although the room itself stayed cool with the air conditioning running, being under the covers was uncomfortably warm. The bathroom had multiple issues. There were visible scratches or burn marks on the shelving, used soap left in the shower, and a dirty towel. The bathroom exhaust fan did not appear to work, which was evident from steam streaks on the walls upon arrival. A full-length mirror was positioned directly in front of the toilet, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. Check-in was frustrating. There was no one at the front desk, and contact required texting a number and waiting without acknowledgment before someone eventually appeared. Access required multiple door codes just to enter the building and the room, which felt disorganized and impersonal. While outside street noise was minimal, hallway noise carried easily and you could hear people walking past the room. I stayed because it was a single-night booking and there was no practical way to address these issues in real time given the text-only, delayed response process.

Do NOT stay here if you want any sleep: it’s 1:55am now on a Saturday and the noises from outside have never stopped since 10pm Friday. The room windows soundproof NOTHING—you can hear the beats of the music from the bar/club nearby, every single word in people’s conversations on the street, and passing vehicles and crowds walking by. (On Tuesday-Thursday nights, probably the bar/club wasn't open so I was able to get some sleep, but could still hear excessive street noise and got woken up once or twice because, again, the windows and wall do not soundproof at all -- It felt like that the windows weren't close all the way, but double- and triple-checked, and all of them were indeed fully closed.) The location: Anything south of Main St (the back side of the hotel) did not look safe and Spring St (the front side of the hotel) was more decent. The shower has really little water coming out, even when turned to max, AND when turned to max, the water is scalding hot. So I had to turn the water to medium and the water is even less. Every shower was a pain to experience... There was no room cleaning during the 4 nights I stayed there. (I didn't really mind because I kept things pretty tidy myself and had minimal trash). The body wash in the bottle fixed on the wall smelled questionable. I did not use it after one pump. The staff was friendly, but the essentials of this hotel are not good -- noise, location, amenities, etc. Do not get fooled by the pretty pictures of the rooms.

They cancelled our reservation prior to us arriving would never recommend I chose pay at property when I called to inquire on my reservation they said my card had not gone through no harm no foul! If I chose to pay at property why are you trying to collected it prior then had the audacity to say my reservation was made 6 months ago yes it was this was a birthday experience for our daughter to see a concert that she has been wanting to see we do not live in the area we come from almost 4 hours away !
