We have stayed here a few times and we know what to expect. Service is good and the hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms aren't large but are comfortable and provide and mini refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast is included and provided daily and does include hot items (eggs, bacon, waffles, etc.). The location is good as there are stores and eateries within walking distance. The only negative is the water pressure for the shower is really bad. Like if you wash your hair, it will take a while for you to wash the shampoo out. They definitely need to improve this. Overall, it's a good hotel.

...as frequent business traveler for nearly 40YRS and hilton gold member, this hotel could not care less about hilton loyalty...this hotel demands up to 6 days cancellation notice or they will bill for one night stay...which may also be in violation of california law. Due to recent change of my business travel plans couple of weeks ago, i cancelled my reservation 24hrs before check-in date but was still charged one night stay at full rate...after multiple attempts to remedy via hilton honors team and hotel, they standby their commitment to charge one night stay....please beware of cancellation policy of this hotel, make every effort to stay else ware, and seek alternate arrangements for another hotel.

I use the Hampton when I need to be out of the house (and when it’s not $200 a night!). Good solid hotel, nice rooms, great beds. Breakfast is always at least decent, and quite good sometimes. If you want something dependable and not downtown, it’s a great choice.

Close to the airport bass pro shop in the same parking lot to kill some time. Room was great breakfast was great. Tall shower head big restroom. 24 hour gym 24 hour coffee and juice in lobby. Management took care of a couple request before check in . Deserves better than 3.8 ☆

Have stayed here twice. First time they did not have the king bed room I reserved, told me they were really busy. Not sure the point of a reservation then? They did give a partial refund. Second time we stayed two nights and we got the room we reserved. The hotel is being refreshed which is good, new AC units were being installed, bathrooms were already refreshed. Hopefully room furniture is next as it’s dirty and stained looking. Biggest word of caution is vehicle break ins. It’s not the hotels fault but parking there is not safe. Their lot and the neighboring shopping centers lots all say to remove valuables and park at your own risk. On our second night my enclosed car trailer was broken into along with another guests vehicle. Trailer was parked right under the light pole too. The other guests vehicle was right up against the hotel. Obviously not a safe place to park your vehicle overnight.
