The Secco restaurant was amazing. They gave me gluten free pasta and even showed me the box that they were using the pasta from! The food was so amazing and delicious. The staff was so kind and friendly. When I couldnt get a pasta because they weren’t making it that night the chef came out and apologized. I love this restaurant and hotel. The suite was so nice and I highly recommend this restaurant and hotel.

Been staying at the Hilton for the last 3 Fanimes and never had an issue. Good service for me and the restaurant, Secco, is amazing. My server the last two years have been Sima and she is a sweetheart. She always took care of me and ensures my water is always full. This year, I am served by Lloyd and he is just as amazing. He checked in on us and ensured our meal has been great. I always look forward to enjoying my time here at Fanime at this hotel and restaurant.

One of the best Hilton stays I’ve had in a long time, which was a great surprise! The location is excellent and makes it really easy to walk to tons of places downtown. The beds were SO comfortable — seriously some of the softest hotel beds I’ve had in a while. Another great surprise! The room was clean, the view was fun, and the lobby and bar areas were great for lounging. Front desk staff was also very friendly and made check-in easy. Would definitely recommend Hilton San Jose to anyone staying downtown and I know I’ll stay here again.

Staff was great this year, attentive and very chill with such a large gathering of people. They just did their job, didn't get in the way and were extremely helpful with questions and knowing the area. Rooms were quiet, well maintained and the maids were super friendly in the mornings.

AC was broken, pool hours are 10-10 which is pretty inconvenient if you have places to go during the day. And they don’t even unlock the pool doors on time. I had to go down to the desk many times since they also wouldn’t answer the phones. Restaurants staff is super nice, but front desk staff/management was rude and condescending. Will not be returning
