Vicky is very personable with impeccable customer service. Upon arriving he greeting me and quickly assisted me with checking into my reservation. Explained all the amenities this hotel had to offer and helped with an explaining how to get to my room. This hotel is very clean and I’d definitely recommend anyone that needs a hotel for a few nights to stay here. I’ll definitely come back for work trips. Thank you again Vicky for all of your help words cannot explain how easy you made this trip feel. You’re very much appreciated

This hotel reminded me of the saying you can put lipstick on a pig... still a pig. The hotel shares the same parking lot as a motel. ( owner owns both) so save yourself 70.00 and just stay there. Property has weeds growing in the planters and is just unkempt and motel like. For the price of a holiday inn it was too pricey. Service was okay, nothing special. It was noisy from construction outside and traffic. If you want to stay just use the motel in same parking lot and save yourself money. Will not stay again.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was spotless, cozy, and kept in excellent condition, which made my stay very relaxing. The atmosphere of the property was also very pleasant and added to the overall comfort. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team was extremely friendly especially Vicky, attentive, and professional at every point during my stay. Check-in at the front desk was quick and effortless, and I truly appreciated how supportive and courteous everyone was from arrival until departure. Another part I loved was the breakfast. There was a wide selection to choose from, and the food was fresh and delicious. Altogether, my experience here was memorable, and I would gladly suggest this hotel to others. I would be happy to return in the future.

Our family and the kids grandparents stayed here for 4 nights. We both booked separately one directly and one third party and check in was easy and fast! Parking is $10 a night. The complimentary hot breakfast was so convenient, the kids had options to choose from and was a great start to each day. It was fairly quiet but you can hear outside road noise. The doors slam shut, which was kind of loud but it didn't bother us. The beds were nice, not too hard and not too soft. The rooms were really cold and the curtains were great at keeping the room dark. The front desk was always nice, and housekeeping was upon request only. Which we didn't need everyday just after two days to clean out the trash and get new towels. The location is very convenient with target up the road and LOTS of restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Big shoutout to Mitun at the front desk — he was super helpful, polite, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell he really cares about guests and knows his job well. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and tasty, but the pancakes were definitely my favorite — soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. Would 100% stay here again. Great staff, great food, and great vibes all around!
