I inadvertently booked for 4 nights instead of 2. When I learned that my addtional 2 nights could not be refunded, I asked that the paid rooms be given to someone in need. The manager refused. Not sure what she had to lose, but I am disappointed that she would not consider other options. I would not expect her to consider other requests if they were not in a very narrow box. Update, the response was ~ "since I put it on my credit card initially, I would be responsible for damages." To think outside the box, you might consider getting a new credit card for incidentals from the person you are giving the room for free, rather than just taking my money which I have asked you to give to someone else in need.

Very very good. Stayed for a week for attending NVIDIA GTC location is close by with ease of access to the highway. Rooms, specially the beds are very comfortable and spacious and the front desk personnel were very kind and helpful. Recommended.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had a very pleasant experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and smooth. They were friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions or provide recommendations about the local area. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept. The bed was very comfortable with fresh linens, and I appreciated the little details like extra pillows, a coffee maker, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with basic toiletries, which made my stay more convenient. Housekeeping did a wonderful job maintaining everything during my visit. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options including hot items, cereals, fruit, and fresh coffee. It was a great way to start the day without having to go out early in the morning. I also liked the quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel, which made it easy to relax after a long day of travel.

This hotel is owned by Choice Hotels, who made a commitment to use only cage-free eggs globally by the end of 2025. They have failed to fulfill this commitment and have removed their timeline for doing so. It is unacceptable that in 2026 we still have companies that think it is OK to profit from keeping chickens in cruel cages for their entire lives so they can have low cost eggs. Please boycott this company until they reinstate their commitment to cage-free eggs.
