Thank You to the Outstanding Staff at Four Points Jacksonville - Baymeadows Road To the Management Team at Four Points Jacksonville (Baymeadows Road), I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank your staff for their exceptional professionalism and hospitality during the week I attended a class at your Baymeadows Road location. Although I was not an overnight guest, I spent long days on-site for a week-long course, and the experience was consistently positive because of your team. The entryway, lobby, and classroom areas were kept impressively clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the week. That level of care did not go unnoticed. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Questions were answered clearly and confidently, and whenever assistance was needed, the response was prompt and helpful. It was clear that your team is well-trained, attentive, and takes pride in their work. In an environment where many of us were focused on demanding coursework, your staff helped create a calm, orderly, and supportive atmosphere that made a real difference. Their attention to detail and commitment to service reflect very positively on Four Points and Marriott as a whole. I hope this message can be shared with the team and considered in any way that recognizes their excellent service; whether through commendation, acknowledgment, or future advancement. When we checked into the room, it was very hot with the are set very high or off. There seems to be no air conditioning running in the hallways. The room is extremely cramped with barely enough room to even walk by the bed. The desk is basically a 2 foot depth tv stand below the mounted tv. The room was generally not clean on the ground, carpet, and floor. The wifi internet service was slow to unuseable. Some tv channels do not work. Our key card no longer worked the morning of our check out (by noon), and the power went completely our for a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful. This review is more focused on the room experience. If you can afford to, I would recommend steering clear and trying a better, nicer option nearby.

Wonderful experience stay for a week. Work work purposes, and it's very neat and location close to the food restaurants and everything all the necessities needed.Not far from highway... it wouldn't make my time relief. Warmer joy to my stay was Caleb! From him being both front desk agent and bartender!!! Nice and shy quiet and everything.But yeah, wonderful personality, wonderful to aid you in means of having everything you needto enjoy your, stay !! Would definitely recommend 👌

I had an absolutely amazing check-in experience with Irma Gonzalez at Four Points Baymeadows in Jacksonville! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and genuinely kind. Thank you, Irma, for making my stay start off on such a wonderful note. Four Points is lucky to have you!

Once u arrive, seek out top notch Toya for the best service. She not only holds the keys, she is the key to your best stay. She’s got you covered! This location is convenient to dining and nearby shops. Enjoy!
