On my first night in Fl it felt like a very small amount of sand was underneath the covers. I figured since it's a beach state maybe a little got left in the wash because everything looked clean. I didn't mention it. Other than that it's an awesome location with awesome staff. Not to far from the beach. Pool and breakfast was wonderful for my family and I. The omelets were my favorite. The pond was a beautiful touch. Will definitely consider staying at Holiday Inn Express' during my travels in the future.

We came back to Jacksonville for my daughter's graduation at UNF and this was a perfect location! From the time we checked in with Alicia May we felt at home away from home! The room at building was clean, and comfortable. I will definately be returning for another visit and recommend for anyone wanting to be in the towncenter area. It was a great location for food, shopping, and close to the expressway.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Town Center and had a pretty good experience overall. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a really convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. The room felt comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly during check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was decent with enough options to start the day. Nothing overly fancy, but everything was smooth and comfortable, which is really what I was looking for. I’d stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Jacksonville – Town Center was absolutely phenomenal. From the lobby to the rooms, everything felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. The ambiance hit the perfect vibe — relaxed, stylish, and inviting. Whether we were enjoying the lobby, our room, or the surrounding area, the energy was just right. Add in the great location, smooth check‑in, and all the little details that made our stay effortless, and this hotel truly stands out. We felt like rock stars the entire time — can’t wait to come back!

I’ve have traveled up and down the eastern seaboard of the US and stayed at many hotels. This property was awesome. The front desk very helpful and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was very clean. I highly recommend if you are visiting the Jacksonville area you stay here. The breakfast was excellent fresh and they have freshly brewed coffee 24 hrs. I got in 3 hrs before check in and the front desk got me in with no delay. The property is very new.
