Last minute booking. Great hotel. I still lived there when it was being built. It's right next to Jimmy John's and adjacent to Surterra and Tire Kingdom. I was Lyfted there so I didn't see what parking was like, but the website said it was free. They have a small sundries market as well as a small sports bar on site. I'm not able to eat what they have due to a gluten allergy, but it's definitely available in a pinch. The room was spacious. The shower was nice but the water pressure was lower than I would have liked. Ac was good. The shade for the window was just above the bottom of the window sill, I had to put a towel and sweater at the bottom so it would block out the bit of light. There's also a partition to separate the bedroom from the living room if you go there with family or friends. I wish I was staying longer than a day because it's definitely a nice studio suite with cutlery. I had ordered door dash and the driver forgot my straw for my milkshake and the hotel didn't have one either, but they told me I had a spoon in the room. There was plenty of cutlery. If I have to stay here again in the future, I definitely would.

The hotel is clean, serves good food and the hospitality is amazing. I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water and shortbread cookies every day. The hotel staff and everyone is amazing, but there was one that stood out. Her name is Sam & let me tell you about Sam. One morning I woke up late for work and rushed down the stairs since the elevator was taking too long. Sam was working at the front desk and saw me running past. She stopped me and asked what was wrong. I told her the situation and that I was going to be late for work. She said in these words , “I gotchu.” My eyes lit up with hope as Sam put me on her back and began to carry me to my workplace. We left the lobby at 5:37 am and I was able to clock in at 5:30. Not only did Sam get me to work on time, but carried my tools and allowed me to eat cookies during the ride 🥰. Sam is amazing and really perform miracles. I recommend 10/10

I don't know if they just aren't prepared to be fully booked, or what, but our experience was less than ideal. The night we arrived, their system was down so we had to wait more than 30 minutes to even get in our room (and it was late, way past our kids' bedtime). Additionally, they allowed non visitors to park in the lot AND the over flow lot, so the first night we had to park way down the street in an unsecured spot. The second night, my husband circled the block for 20 minutes before finally snatching a spot for someone leaving. When we brought this up, the very nice person at the front desk called the manager who said "tell them to just park on the street." Breakfast was another ordeal. They ran out both mornings long before breakfast was scheduled to be done serving. The first morning, there was a family who just stayed in the little alcove, eating and hovering uncomfortably close to the other guests who were also trying to get food. The employees were ALL in the break room with the door open, not being helpful except for a very kind older man who was cleaning up after others. The second morning, the person who was actually attending the food was overheard saying that he hopes no one complains about food running out because they will get him in trouble. I don't expect a lot from a hotel. It's essentially a station for people on the move. However, when parking and breakfast are listed as amenities, please ensure they are actually available.

Samantha and Shequanda at the front desk were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They made the check-in and check-out processes smooth and welcoming. I also had a very courteous male room attendant on the 5th floor around 11:30 AM on Saturday whose name I unfortunately did not catch, and Kayla was another room attendant I had a friendly interaction with. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism from the entire team.

Newer/renovated hotel with nice rooms. I liked the location, walkable to the nearby restaurants and park. My only main complaint was that the bathroom shower really needs someone to pay better attention to cleaning. There was hair leftover from the last guest and mold/dirt in all the corners. Gross.
