Dirtiest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Both the wash cloths, towels, and shower were covered in thick, long black hairs. The toilet seat was hanging on by 1 screw. The toilet was constantly running water. The light globe in the bathroom was broken. 2 of the 3 shelves in the bathroom were broken. The stainless steel lamp near the window was covered in rust. The worst part, the hotel REEKED of marijuana. Very disappointing experience for my wife and 7 year old daughter.

Booked this hotel through Chase Travel despite some of the other not so pleasant reviews. My experience was this: Was this the nicest hotel ever? No, but I didn't expect that at this price point. However, the hotel appeared to be clean and tidy. It definitely sees a lot of traffic and it does show in some areas but it's normal wear and tear. The breakfast was on par to other Hampton Inns and Hilton brand hotels I have stayed at and the ladies at the front desk were courteous and very helpful. The only issue I had was our room had a shower and not a tub as the room advertised when booking. This was partly my own fault for not calling ahead of time to make sure we had a room with a tub and it only made bathing the grandkid difficult but we made it work. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit

It started before we arrived. I tried to call to ask questions the day before our trip and no one would answer the phone. I tried at different times with no response. When we arrived I was able to check in on the Hilton app. We got settled in and within an hour we saw roaches crawling on the TV stand. I went to the bathroom and they were there too. I went to the front desk immediately and there was no one there. We stood there for 5 min I called the front desk and still not anyone came. When someone finally came out I told her about the roaches and she says Oh Would you like to move rooms. I say yes she offers the room right next door I tell her we want another floor. She updated the room number but this deactivated my digital key. Thank goodness my husband was still in the room. She did say sorry as we walked away. We moved to a new room and the roaches were there too. I have never stayed at any Hilton hotel this bad. The rooms smelled of mildew it was awful. If it wasn't so late at night we would have left. I had to shake all of our clothes and bags out before leaving to ensure nothing got in our bags and I wasn't taking the vermin home. The service at this hotel was the absolute worst and I will never stay here again. I hope Hilton does something about it. I'm sure they don't want their brand attached to a hotel so poorly run.

Wonderful stay. Staff were all smiles and very accommodating. Free breakfast was hot, fresh and diverse Room was clean and comfy. We would gladly return.

When I come to Florida and stay at a hotel, I expect to be able to use the pool, but the pool at this location is out of service. Very frustrating... The lady at the front desk was very nice, though. She explained what happened with the pool. It apparently broke just this week, and they are working on getting it fixed, hopefully, tomorrow. Other than that, my stay has been pretty good so far.
